Location was north of the city and away from much of bustle of the centre but had excellent connections to all over Luxembourg City and surrounds - a tram stop and bus stop were literaply across the road. Local restaurants and bars were only a short walk away. Facilities were simple and clean. A little bit of noise in the street because of a carnival but the room was quiet with the windows shut. Airconditioning was superb. I would definitely stay here again

the room has a really cold stone floor, no hotel slippers mad it a bit uncomfortable. the room was facing the street, as there is currently the fair i heard everything from the second floor and had difficulties to sleep with the loud noise. I asked receptionist if an iron would be possible, she said yes we will deliver it in the next hours to your room- when i came back at 11pm there was no iron.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable to sleep. bathroom was clean, towels large. breakfast good (fresh orange juice).

Parking nearby was good, though, through not fault of the hotel, access is not immediately obvious to a traveller at the end of the day.

The hotel was well located for easy access to the centre. Staff were helpful and happy to hold luggage in the morning before we left later in the day. Parking was close by.

I stayed in the annex across the street and the rooms weren't very soundproof, could hear quite a bit of outside noise.

Great location, easy to get to from airport (bus and then a short walk) and close to tram station for access into the city centre. Has luggage storage which was very helpful.

The air conditioning stopped working during our stay. Staff did their best to have it rectified as soon as possible, and this was done. We were offered a free breakfast by way of compensation. Staff attitude to this was excellent at all times.

The hotel was located very close to a tram station. Breakfast was good, with a variety of food to suit all tastes. The staff were all friendly and polite. A special mention of one of their excellent receptionists, Galiffe, who went above and beyond to help us when we ran into difficulties (not with the hotel). He worked on our behalf to resolve issues and he certainly was the high point of our hotel experience. He deserves to be promoted!

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel had several drawbacks. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, with dust on the radiator where my towels were placed. Additionally, there were noticeable stains on the ceiling from ventilation leaks. The absence of a larger mirror in the room was also inconvenient. Lastly, the hotel staff I encountered lacked energy and did not leave a positive first impression.

The room included two complimentary bottles of water in the fridge and featured both exterior blinds and interior curtains, ensuring a restful sleep. My request for a quiet room was fulfilled, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, the room had a detailed guide with information about the hotel, the local area, and even spine exercises, which was a wonderful bonus.

Airco was not working during both nights but at 08:00am it seemed to switch on automatically… reception staff gave us a free breakfast for the inconvenience.

Very good location. The room was in general terms good, although somewhat small. And I found two failures: a light did not work, and to the the extent that I stayed at the hotel on a weekend, there was not a technician to repair it. Also, there was hand soad in the bathroom at the time I checked in.

Good value option - 20 minute bus ride from airport and similar to main sites - clean tidy - welcome at reception good and could store luggage - stayed in annexe which was fine - Luxembourg is expensive to visit and this provided relatively basic hotel accommodation which was clean and comfortable

Some damaged equipment in the room: The shower door did not close, the towel hook was wobbly, and the shower was mounted in such a bad way, that it was a bit hard to operate.

The bar is not really a bar but there is a very good bar under the annex.

Location was spot on, easy walk to everywhere. The tram is just outside the front door. Rooms clean and comfortable and the shower was nice a powerful. Parking is free at night and at weekends. Breakfast was ample and the gym was all that is required for a stay.

We felt very unwanted by the reception lady at the front counter as she always seemed concerned about other tasks instead of serving us when we needed help. Also our room was very hot at night with the air conditioning was broken. Also the shower we had would leak under the toilet seat in the bathroom any time it was used. Room 503 was the room which had these occur.

Spacious rooms and location was very close to nearby transport services, restaurants and bars. The location is a little noisy as the room we had was near the main road. However this did not bother our stay.
