Beware the mini bar - small bottles of water are 3 Euros each. Wifi dropped off completely on the final evening of our stay.

The room has a heating system which you cant turn off, also the street can be heard very good, when people are talking outside it can be heard.

Location right in the centre, the tram stops right at the corner and a lot of restaurants and bars are nearby. Parking is also possible nearby.

Bad design of curtains (divided in 4 parts, and not as a single piece) and also badly positioned above ventilator making it swing a lot.

Very well located and well cleaned (staff did clean even signing to almost at the end of morning). Reception was great and let us checkout a little late (so we could pack our stuff chilled)

Not your fault! There seems to be an hour around 6.00 am when there is a lot of noise with planes flying over. Otherwise very quiet. We could have done with help re parking. Did we need to go to the hotel first to get a parking ticket? Or could we go directly to the nearby carpark? And a map showing the entrance to the parking would have been helpful. It was honestly not obvious and driving round and round after a long drive from London was not ideal.

The area was lovely, and the staff very helpful and kind. Rooms in the Annexe were large and very clean. Excellent breakfast and really helpful check-out man (I had forgotten my PIN and was panicking!)

The air-conditioning didn't work. It got really hot in the room. We were in town till 1 o'clock in the night so we didn't think that we could go to the reception to get it fixed. The pillows on the bed can be renewed. They are really flat. Only 1 cup for your coffee, we were with 2 so had to share this one cup. The creamer was hard and crusty, so that was lying around already for a long time.

The location is perfect. Close to the city centre, a 10/15 minute walk. Parking at the public garage next to the hotel, free of charge on the weekend. The hotel staff is friendly and the room was clean. We had booked in the annex but got upgraded to the main building. Shutters for the window are a plus. We had a good stay and the hotel is good. But definitely not worth a 4 star rating. I have more expectations from a 4 star hotel.

I don't like the location of the hotel. Though it is accessible to the nearest bus and tram station( walking distance), it is far from the downtown area.

Breakfast is good, just enough choices for its value. One thing that I really like was the customer service that I received from Matilda Gavrow.It was beyond my expectations. You can see joy in her heart when she's serving. She's friendly and accommodating. The hotel is so blessed to have her.

Air conditioning was not working properly

They couldn't find our booking at the first place and we did book a double room. We were given a room with handicapped facilities. Although the bathroom size is bigger but we don't like the water splash to the toilet side when we showered. We did ask the reception if there is another room but they said they was no other room available. The manager was very nice and when we checked out, he charged us discount on one person breakfast to compensate us.

The hotel is close to the city. Only 10 minutes walk. You may also take tram or bus to the city as all public transport is free of charge in Luxembourg. The hotel doesn't have parking garage. We arrived by car on a Saturday afternoon and we parked at Parking Rond Point Schuman(underground) and it is free in the weekend. Normally is 1 euro per hour. We left on Monday morning at 10am and it only costed us 1euro! The breakfast is basic and it costs 15 euro.

The only thing really was the air con which wasn't too great, it was building controlled so for us from N. Ireland it wasn't cool enough but the staff gave us a desk fan which helped a little.

Loved the room size and the terrace. Had a great view of Luxembourg. Also liked the blinds and shatters on the windows, you could leave the door open all night with no insects coming in and during the day close the shatters to stop the sunshine overheating the room. The location was amazing, opposite a lovely park and 15min walk from the centre with a pharmacy, a restaurant /bar and grocery shops around the corner.

Initially when I was allocated my room in the Annexe I found that there was a very unpleasant smell in the room - like drains - which I understand can be an issue in hot weather . However for me the smell was unbearable and I had to request a change of room. Fortunately the hotel staff were very kind and moved me to a different room.

Really liked the location , it was right by the Tram stop and also the bus stops for the Airport. Literally only 5 mins to get to the town centre on Tram , and only around 15-20 mins walk through the park to Haute Ville. The Panoramic Elevator was also very close by just a few min walk . There were also two supermarkets close by right behind the hotel which is very handy. The staff were super friendly and very helpful at reception. All in all I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.

Room was small, which you expect. The TV was pretty useless as most channels did not work. I somehow would have made the bed of a 4* hotel more comfortable and put out better pillows too.

Location: close enough to the old town without being in the centre of all the noise and foot traffic. A pleasant, 7-8 mins walk by a beautiful park to get to Place d’Armes. Also close to the main Tram line (3 mins to centre, 10 to the Station). Staff: kindest and coolest receptionists. Sweetest breakfast room staff. Nice and clean and convenient. Good breakfast too.
