The only slight issue I had was no fault of the hotel but I missed a train in the morning due to congestion with the lifts, it was a very long wait to get downstairs.

The location couldn't have been better for me as I was travelling by train alot over the weekend. The room was very modern, even had tea making facilities which appreciate with a Smeg kettle and I loved the bathroom.

I had a feeling that bathroom was not very clean (but this can be just my feeling because the hotel is not new).

Very small room, the old , shabby furniture, very small screen of TV-set, strips of rush in the toilet bowl, someone's hair is in the shower tray, no kettle, no refrigerator, minimume of toiletries in the bothroom.

Location - not more than 300 m from central train and bus station. Breakfast - quite diverse, with a few hot tasty dishes, not bad quality of products.

Breakfast fruit was quite old. Toaster didn't actually toast. Very average breakfast for the price.

Nothing to complain about really.

Most convenient for bus and train stations. 24hr reception. Quiet top floor room with fabulous evening views of the old town and city. A very decent breakfast spread.

Very noisy due to road reconstruction work outside during the night. Poor communication - water turned off one evening without warning. Poor breakfast, could be overcrowded with large groups. Small room with very limited storage; bathroom small and in need of renovation. Bit of a walk to Vilnius Old Town.

Convenient for the station. Room with great view overlooking the whole city.

There's an ongoing building around the hotel. So it's so so noisy from 8 until 18 and with the heat and no air-conditioning you cannot close the windows, so if you intend to stay away from the hotel during the working hours it shouldn't be a problem. The rooms have not Aircon and it's incredibly hot and stuffy, rooms are very small, bathroom is not for a big person. All in all it's ok to stay for 1 night. But I'd really appreciate a fan in the room since I'd say it's too expensive to set air cons in every room

Check-in. Staff more interested in having a discussion than waiting guests. No awareness that there was a queue, I had to intervene when someone else tried to get served ahead of me. Just a poor first impression of the country and city.

Location across from the railway station, handy for the daily train to Riga which leaves at 0630. Good view of the city from rooms on the rear facing side.

There is no outlets to charge your phone next to bed. It would be nice to have extension cord atleast.

You can hear everything that is happening next door. And when i say everything, i mean all the neighbours party consequences and arguing. I would appreciate air conditioning and coffee machine that would make my morning great again. Some stains here and there and mold in bathroom, but good that sheets and towels very clean.

Location is very good, near bus station and railway. Staff very nice and helpful, late check-out for 25 EUR. Wi-Fi quite fast, so enjoyed movies. Sheets and towels were clean and fresh and that is the most important in my opinion.
