Good breakfast, clean rooms, close to city centre. Small but ok pool and sauna. There is a small gym as well.

Location was perfect, parking was great and staff was excelent. The gym is well equiped, beds comfy, and staff was extremely helpfull and nice! SPA center is a pool and a sauna, but it is great addition to overall fantastic package.

Breakfast room only accessible through stairs with no natural light, bad odor, and old furniture. Acoustic insulation could be better in the bedrooms.

Spacious modern rooms with comfy beds. Well-equipped gym free of charge. Great location in the center of the best street in town, full of restaurants and cafés.

The pool was pretty cold to be honest other than that absolutely nothing we disliked highly recommend it for location and quality

Loved the location absolutely best place to stay bars restaurants and shops on your doorstep about 10/15 min walk into Old town not the best oldl town to be honest so really glad we didn't stay down there hotel kaunas is a great choice

We didn’t eat in the restaurant, it didn’t appear welcoming. Bland in appearance and almost like eating in the foyer as guests had to walk through from main entrance. Looking in from the outside too…it’s not inviting 😕

Our room was huge with an added bonus of a balcony. It was very clean & warm constantly. Staff were kind enough to let us use the freezer for ice-packs. Gym was good. Breakfast was nice enough (we missed having honey on offer though)

The only item which did not work was ventilation in bathroom. We reported it at reception but was not repaired till end of our short stay.

Excellent location, very friendly personnel, big and well equipped rooms, very good breakfast. Worth the money spend and we were allowed late check-out due to sleep of our baby without extra fee. Thank you :)

Paying such amoint of money for higher class room you expect that everything will work perfectly, but shower didn’t. SPA zone is poor: only sauna and cold pool

The walls in the room quite thin so we could not fall asleep due to the noise from neighbourhood. The way to reception or restaurant is quite odd as to not go outside you need to change the elevator twice.

The breakfast was really good, big variety of foods for any taste, great coffee, a lot of additional snacks and fruits. The size of the room is good, an extra single bed was set in a nice separate area which made a room look even bigger.

The one thing I didn't like was the pool was really cold.

The hotel was so clean, breakfast was very good. You couldn't get a better location for being in the heart of kaunus.

Although we wanted and booked a room precisely with a terrace, it is actualy subject to availability, therefore the booking option is kind of misleading when the description of the room provides information that the room has a terrace. In a comment section I asked to make sure we would have one. Thankfully the staff was able to manage our preference would be fulfilled.

We booked a room with a terrace, room was huge, nicely decorated, good breakfast till 11 a.m. Very central location. The staff was very helpfull and provided all the extra service we needed.
