Decided to stay for 3 more nights after exploring that this is the most convenient location to the beach and best restaurants nearby, plus staff was very helpful with everything, including advices on what to do and where to go, were ok with late check out and helped us to move our baggage to the car.

We were looking for a place few minutes before the check in and we accidentally chose this one but it was really good. The stuff was nice. The rooms had a really good air conditioning and they greet us really nice.

Comfortable, clean and was lovely to have the use of a kitchen. The shower was actually hot, the best shower I’ve had in Sri Lanka. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Can’t think of any negatives

Can’t fault this place at all. A wonderful hotel run by 2 really nice guys. Unbelievably clean, new AC units, great bed and showers in the perfect location opposite Cargills. Only stayed 4 nights but definitely suitable for a long stay with lounge areas and kitchens shared between 4 rooms.

Perfect location, close to the Beach. Asked for early check in and it was possible. Clean room, perfect working AC. Big clean bathroom! The two hosts are extremely kind en helpfull!

Room was very good Staff were very good Morning visits by the small monkeys were charming. But remember to shut the French windows or any food and other articles will be taken by them. Location is on a main street, we were in a rear room and it was quiet throughout. We had the top/ third floor and therefore had a view of the tree canopy, surprisingly for the area. 10 minute walk to beach

Really nice spot right on the main road but not noisy. 5 Min walk to the beach and all the bars and shops. Friendly staff with a welcome drink on a arrival and a nice restaurant underneath.

In our bathroom there was a smell in the drains. This was particularl to our room and a one off. Dont let it put you off.

The two young guys who worked there were excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. They really looked after us from start to finish. We checked out and they stored our luggage. We wanted to go to the beach after check out and leave later in the day and they made a bathroom available for us to shower sand off and get ready to travel again. Rooms are lovely and clean. Good showers. Good air con and fans. Good sized fridge. The communal areas have ovens hobs and fridges. And are Onky shared between 3 rooms. Excellent property.

This was the most beautiful place I stayed at in Sri Lanka, the amenities and staff were excellent and very accommodating. I even extended my stay for an extra night. Location was great, being just a 4 minute walk to the beach. Supermarkets are right across the street as well. In addition the room was clean and very comfortable, I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend the stay!

Cleanliness can be improved also the TV wasn't working in the room also the drainage issues can be rectified. With these minor improvements it's a very good place.

The staff was the highlight. Especially Lahiru the owner's son and the other staff were exceptional. Also the food here is very good. The breakfast spread is exceptional. Location wise it's good the mirissa beach is within walking distance. Would recommend if you are visiting Mirissa

Staff is the best! They help you with anything. Also great people to talk with, they are lucky to share tips to teavel, explain Sri lanka culture. Overall great stay. We stayed in total for two weeks here
