We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff were helpful in getting our tickets for our train ride to Ella delivered quickly after delays from the company we purchased them from. They had filtered water which we were able to use to refill our water bottle and help reduce the amount of plastic in the country. The restaurant was convenient and had good food.

We had a great time! We upgrade our budget room for a deluxe house, much better! The room was spacious, clean, as for the bathroom. The location is perfect! Close to the city but still really calm and quiet inside. You can walk in the city , close to train station and different markets . The staff is really kind and helpful. We love our breakfast experience.

United KingdomStaff were a bit weird, the doorman closes the shutters early and then you feel like you have to ask permission to leave and come back late, doesn’t feel easy to get in and out in the evening, which was a downer on a really good stay. the rooftop is also a bit rubbish, dirty pool and area, pictures make it look better

United KingdomThe decor of the room was in poor condition and needs redecorating. Wallpaper is peeling and walls are marked. The window blinds were all broken. The pool and surrounding area did not look inviting at all. The pool looks dirty. Such a shame.
The beds were super, super comfortable and we had the largest room on the top floor with amazing city/hill views from 2 windows. The rooms sizes seem reasonable. The staff were all very lovely and helpful and the location is close to the lake (10 minutes walk). The bathroom was large and the water was hot. Breakfast was nice.

PakistanIt has lots of lizards at night, so if you're not comfortable sleeping with geckos, this place isn't for you. But staff was kind enough to relocate my room every time a gecko came. Also it's a busy street location, near to stuff but not a very fancy place to stay. Food wasn't good at all, especially for the price they ask.
Staff, managers, all are very helpful and nice. They made sure we're comfortable throughout and helped in other areas as well as in information and stuff.
