The street the property is on is pretty busy

Staff were lovely and so helpful. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable, the food from the hotel restaurant was great!

Stairs to second level, but if you read the reviews you should already know about this and it didn’t detract at all. Mosque wake up / call to prayer next door (?) at 4.30am was not a highlight.

Central location, lovely room, great pool even though it was bucketing with rain when we swam in it. Friendly staff.

Nice restaurant for breakfast & dinner on the rooftop. There's also a pool on the roof with great views. Good location: train station, lakeside and the temple complex all within walking distance.

Kandy is a crazy busy city and very polluted. The Hotel is in the city so if you want to step out into peace then don't stay here. But that is personal.

Enormous room with good modern bathroom. There is no sound of the crazy buzz outside. Rooftoppool was nice, and the staff was friendly. The bed was good and the room clean.

Good location, a short walk from the centre of Kandy. The room and en-suite bathroom was very clean and perfect for my stay. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made the stay very easy.

Room didn’t have windows to look out of, but did let light in. We were only there for one night so was fine. Location was great, short Tuk Tuk ride from the station. Beds were the best we had all holiday, so comfy and covers smelt so clean and fresh. Lovely roof top pool just didn’t have time to use it.

Due to the central location and limited soundproofing of the rooms, there is a lot of outside noise and cars beeping from about 6/7am. The bathroom in the evening had a bad odour (unsure whether this was drains or from a nearby restaurant).

Very central location in Kandy - approx 10 min walk from the lake. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and can organise a full day city tour for you (which includes the botanical gardens and ambuluwawa tower).

It was on a very busy road. Also be aware of the mosque that is nearby. It might wake you up.

The hotel is close to the train station. The room has really good A/C and it’s clean. Really nice to have a hot shower! Staff was super friendly!

The pool area is very small and not great for hanging out so the photos are a little misleading. Rooms don’t have windows which was fine for us as we didn’t stay in the room much but can make it a little dingy

The room had a mouldy smell but the windows weren't opened while we were there (we didn't open them so mosquitos wouldn't get in).

The pool was a great addition but needed a bit of a sweep of insects

Lovely staff, really helpful about booking me a seat for the festival of the tooth (Esala Perahera) and then they looked after my suitcase whilst I went off into the jungle to a yoga retreat for a couple of days. The hotel is an easy walk into Kandy city centre which frees up the need for endless tuktuks and it is so quiet, it’s a great escape from the city outside - especially in festival season!
