Located right in front of the beach, but far away of anything else, need to have some transport to go out for meals, shop, etc.

Huge room with a nice balcony overlooking the sea, garden and pool Good breakfast Friendly staff. Didn't had warm water to shower, but after talking to the staff, they solved it.

The property is very well maintained! Staff is amazing and welcoming. The restaurant staff is incredibly helpful and can manage food if you have intolerance. Food is always fresh and delicious. Rooms are cleaned every day. Very family friendly place. The hotel can provide transportation from/to airport and also tuktuk. We really enjoyed and recommend. They made our trip to Sri Lanka very enjoyable.

Nice beach side property to sit and relax, beach side hut and hammock make this property very unique they have their own in house bar and restaurant where guests will be served with drinks and delicious food. I liked the varieties and preparation of the food.

Great garden and swimming pool. Beautiful sunsets. Sweet staff and very tasty kitchen! Both Sri Lankan and western style food was great and at a very good price. Jaba Tours that operates from Sea Rock Villa gave us a very nice tour.

Nothing! It was a great little paradise for a few days

Such luxury in our little villa by the ocean! We loved the pool and had lots of dinners in the restaurant. We used the sea rock villa recommended tuk tuk to take us up to the beach. Was a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Drinking water was limited.

The pool was amazing. The view of the beach from our room was fantastic. The food at the restaurant was very good too. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

A lovely hotel, located right on the beach. Step off the resort and straight onto the beach, which you can stroll along to enjoy the views. We went in June which admittenly is off season, therefore the sea was very rough, and came right upto the resort edge, and there were a few storms, but that didn't deter us. The resort has beautiful views out to sea from all rooms, pool and restaurant areas. The whole place is spotlessly clean and the rooms are cleaned daily if required. We stayed in room 8 which is a superior room, very quiet with a large bed, plus a single bed, a dressing room area and large bathroom plus a fridge and tea/coffee facilities. All the staff - chefs, restaurant, hotel, gardener, security were excellent, very attentive, polite, respectful and gave great customer service. Nothing was an issue. The restaurant is lovely and has a very good menu, with lots of choice for all tastes - we thoroughly enjoyed the food there. We would definitely refer this hotel 100% 😁😁

Cons Charged for a can of water more than MRP We paid for the dinner but we didn't receive the remaining balance from the restaurant person But it's okay. It's a small amount, but genuineness matters.

Pros A good spot to spend your vacation. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Neat and clean toilet. A good view from the room. They have arranged for a river safari in bentota which we completely enjoyed. Good service from Mr.Jabba.

The staff could be better in terms of their service and hospitality. We noted them passing comments in their native language during dinner and making fun on the first night.

The location of this property is just amazing. The view and proximity to the beach is just mesmerizing.

The full board evening food was not as good as you expect right on the sea front.

Amazing location right on the beach. Wonderful staff on all areas especially with the warmest welcome ever. Facilities were perfect for what we wanted. There was a restaurant, bar and massage centre all on site.
