Fantastic location, peaceful, excellent service & fair prices. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and the onsite restaurant food was super tasty. I’ll be pre-ordering the Traditional Sri Lankan breakfast again - yum! My friends and I could not have asked for more to relax on 30 May in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Sea View. With a cold drink in hand & perfect breeze, I plan to bring my family next time. I particularly loved the grass, playful squirrels & group dining table area - please keep those features! Big thanks to all who work there!!

We booked for 3days and stayed for 2 additional days. We had a 2 bedroom cabana for 5 people, 2 bathrooms. The staff was very kind and helpfull! The breakfast top, with great view! We recommend their pineapple-coconut juice, very tasty! Def recommendable! Thanks Hassan&crew!

There are several things that can really improve your stay. The first thing is to provide a mop and a broom for each room. You are in a constant ritual of sweeping sand from the room. Another thing is to try to improve the flow of water in the taps.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is among the best in the area, a private and clean beach strip. The staff is always available and very helpful in any matter. A few minutes walk from the center of the beach.

The facilities in my room were basic, with seperate private bathroom downstairs. Only cold water supply to both sink and shower, however, this was adequate considering the local climate, 28-31 degrees. No mosquito net or towels provided and only one power point.

Sandy Beach is a great location, literally on the fabulous sandy beach, 2 minutes walk and you're in the middle of Arugam Bay town. Hassan, the host, was very welcoming and happy to arrange tuk tuk or taxi services. Good breakfast sat in the open air restaurant looking out over the ocean, fab.

Everything was amazing. Hassan the host is the best. We booked the place at the last minute and we were able to check in right away. Hassan made sure we have everything all the time and even after we left. The location is great right on the beach. Perfect place to relax. Super clean and great service. Would definitely come again. Highly recommend, best hotel in all Sri Lanka.

Location was perfect as it was so close to the beach and a 2 minute walk to cafes/restaurants. Room was great with air con and fan. Hassan was very friendly and helpful eg put a fridge in our room as we didn't have one.

Location right on the beach. Quiet. Spacious. They gave us 2 adjacent rooms which was excellent. Powerful A/C. staff always around and very responsive, beach setup + restaurant was fun to spend time at, owner is a very warm and hospitable person.

The bar & restaurant seemed non-existent. It was okay as there’s loads of places nearby to eat & drink. but sometimes we wanted to just buy a cold drink but couldn’t seem to find where to get one.

The rooms are right on the beach. they’re spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice porch area! Hotel is in a great location and we slept really well!

I had a Budget single room which was small but very clean. Bathroom was private but was on a floor below my bedroom but you get what you pay for. All the other rooms looked great

On the beach, we were alone here, very quiet, nice rooms, only few meters from the ocean. Breakfast very poor, staff is lazy, but its normal in this area. Time goes here differently than in Europe.
