We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JapanIt says 1.1 km away from the airport but it’s definitely further than that. You could not walk to the hotel from airport at night so it’s best to get on a taxi.
It was very clean and easy to find. They gave us a refreshing drink as soon as we landed. They even got food for us and delivered it with 15% service fee. They took us to the airport the next day for 1000 srilanka rupees which is way cheaper than taxi.

United Arab EmiratesTaxis trying to charge us 2000 rupees for 1.5km. We didn't pay more than 1000 which was still expensive but we were tired and once we walked away the price dropped quickly.
We needed a place next to the airport as we arrived at 4am. Perfect spot. 24hr reception and 1.5km away. The place was very clean. Decent breakfast on the rooftop but extra to room cost. Continental eggs toast fruit and juice. Served a purpose. We were allowed to check out at 2pm as the place was quiet. Lovely staff and very helpful

NetherlandsIt was fine, super basic, clean in the room, but property is v dated. But no windows and car noise and the only purpose is to have a short sleep/shower before a flight. We stayed 7 hours in total.

JapanI reserved a room at this hotel for a client of mine who was transiting through Sri Lanka. Despite my client arriving in the country at 5 am, they kindly accepted. They extended the check-out time to 14:00, instead of noon! And with no additional fee! One of the hotel staff was exceptionally kind and shared her WhatsApp with me, and made sure we could constantly keep in touch to arrange the stay for my client. Thank you for your hospitality!

Belgiumvery noise road and (obviously) the noise of the planes given so close to the airport. That was expected! What was not expected is broken shower (water coming out everywhere except where it should). Not being able to take shower after long day and before long flight... Not my preferred choice. A man came to see but no attempt was made to solve the problem. Many small flies in the room and other insects in staircases
Very close to the airport and checkout at 1AM! Clean and good bed, clean towels. Pizza ordering and delivery possible for diner but we choose the small (Egyptian) resto 50 meters further.
