Wifi could have been better as this was a villa. Breakfast spread could have had more options. Otherwise everything else was good here. Service was fantastic, very courteous people

The hill is a bit awkward to get up and down when wet. Air con needed in the breakfast room

Staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful, always offered to drive us down the hill to the town. Amazing views from all aspects of this hotel. From showering overlooking trees to the rooftop bar with views of Ella rock. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant on site with some tasty options and 2 hours of 241 cocktails. We preordered our breakfast and it came out promptly for the time we stated. They also came and collected us from the train station ☺️

There is steep hill to get up but if you hire a scooter from the White Elephant half way up the hill, then it isnt a problem at all. They also will pick you up from Ella station if needed.

Huge room with balcony. Exceptional food at the rooftop bar. Friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist - with an early departure to catch the train, snacks provided for the trip and transport organized for us.

It’s up a really steep hill so it’s not the best for walking but their shuttle is making things easy.

I would suggest adding more food options, not that spicy :) for a la carte. Breakfast buffet can be improved.

We had a lovely stay at Morning Dew. The staff is really nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and with beautiful views. The location itself is amazing, best place to see Ella's attractions. Food and cocktails were also good at the a la carte restaurant.

The hotel is on a Hill, which can only be reached via car and by foot. So tuk tuk isn’t an option and the path is very steep and dark at night

They show you the price in the dollars but later they charge you in LKR using their own currency rate, so the prices are higher. As well for the happy hour, they said it was 2 for 1 and then it was 3 for 2. So need to be careful, they are not playing fair. No mosquitos plug.

The hotel is quite close to station. They have a roof swimming pool with a great view. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food was good

Hotel is located at the top of a steep windy unlit path! A shuttle service runs until 6pm. However if you’re dining in Ella (like we did), you need to walk up and down it! Reservation team weren’t very responsive/ helpful when we tried to extend our stay

Beautiful view from our quadruple room, room is worth it for the view alone! (although an electricity mast blocks the sunrise views!!) Room was also very spacious with a small living area, which was great. Breakfast was simple but lovely. Hotel is perfect to enjoy the view and for an action packed time in Ella. However hotel facilities are quite basic.

Is on the top of the hill, last part is it not easy to walk to the hotel. Nice pool but usually is not enough warm to be in the pool

Amazing views from top floor with cafe/bar and swimming pool. Great staff looking after you. rooms were comfortable with mountain views in dual aspect windows. Beds good to sleep in.

The hotel is located on top of the mountain which means a steep walk up the hill - no issues, just more for people to be aware of. Hotel does provide a shuttle when you arrive and leave to help with bags.

It is a bit of a hike as the hotel is located at the highest point of Ella town. The shuttle is not available after 6pm and the tuktuk drivers refuse to go up. It is not a big problem unless you go out for the night and return to the hotel late at night.

The room was great, the view was even better. The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The team is on top of things, from planning your arrival to a great check in process. Do visit the rooftop pool to experience the best views of Ella.

The toiletries could have been better.

The room was comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. The highlight of this hotel was the 5th floor rooftop bar and pool with amazing views. The hotel is an uphill walk however, they provide free shuttle service through out the day to the city center which is barely 5 min from this hotel.

Not necessarily the hotel’s fault but it was hard to sleep at night due to loud music coming from Ella until late in the AM. Potentially due to new year’s celebration.
