We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe best option to stay in Ella. It's a guesthouse with beautiful rooms and all the facilities provided. There is a rooftop which overlooks all the mountains in Ella and you get to experience the most beautiful sunrise in Ella from the rooftop itself. The food is amazing. For dinner we had their rice and three curry dish which is to die for, especially the brinjal tamarind curry. It's slightly uphill but it's too close to the main street, just a 5 minutes walk. Would highly recommened this property. Views are to die for.

United KingdomThe breakfast was so-so (the eggs weren't great), but probably our fault for ordering a western breakfast. I suspect if we'd ordered the Sri Lankan breakfast (which requires pre-orderong the day before) it would have been delicious.
The rooftop with its deckchairs and hammocks is second to none - the view is out of this world. The staff are lovely. The room was clean and well equipped.

Amazing rooftop with a surreal view of Ella gap. Close to the main road but far enough that you dont hear all the traffic. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are good.

View from the roof top was awesome. Highly recommend to watch there sunset or sunrise. The upstairs rooms were very clean also with a nice view. The bathroom was nice. The lady told us about worth seeing places in Ella and many tips. I’ve seen some reviews of people telling that the rooms are not clean and the bathroom is bad but our experience is totally different. All was clean and without any bugs.

we were flabbergasted by the view at ella gap from the rooftop. crew was amazingly helpful. they drove our tuktuk up to the guesthouse because we didn’t dare to drive the steep hill. hilltop is away from the busy and loud mainstreet. superquiet allthough 5 minutes from the centre. our host gave us the perfect advice to get around.

The facilities were great and we loved having a cold drink on the sunset terrace enjoying the spectacular view. It was near the centre of Ella which was so convenient. When we checked in the host gave us a hand drawn map of the area with all the key sights on it. He also helped us save money by explaining how to use the local bus to access the waterfalls rather than hire tuk tuks.

Great location close to the main shops and cafes in Ella, although you do have to walk up a short but steep hill. Comfortable beds and a lovely view from our room, would recommend!
