A bit hard to find off the street but the room and the view were great. Nice and central, so you can walk just about anywhere. We only stayed one night but the staff were super helpful. Overall a nice place to stay in Ella.

There probably used to be a view before, sadly it's all built up around now. As others comments mentioned, the access is quite steep (to keep in mind if you have difficulties walking). But tuktuk and cars can go through (our driver didn't want to when we arrived). They don't accept cards payment, cash only (but they took foreign currency at a good rate). Also no kitchen (so no breakfast, which would have been nice, but it's so close to the main street it's not an issue).

Beautiful little huts. They are nicely decorated and very comfortable. The staff is very nice and accommodating. It's very close to the main street but slightly back in a quiet small (steep) street (you can hear the bass from the blasting music from the main street a little bit, but it wasn't an issue as it's pretty faint).

Keep in mind there is no AC, the rooms are warm even though you have a fan We had a room with view on the parking lot, not like you see in the pictures here, a bit of a disappointment.

The sound of the club was pretty loud but this is not the properties fault / our room was dark too but many options on the property would not have these issues beautiful overall

The staff especially yoga was just amazing! Conveniently if you want the access walking to all the businesses

There was a bit of a cleanliness issue with the bedsheet having several stains and the toilet bowl had the same issue. Rarely the showers also had a thing where the water heat would fluctuate from hot to very cold and back to hot again.

The view from our room was wonderful, especially during the morning. The Bed was cozy and we had a great sleep .The staff were kind enough to give us a late checkout. Overall the Room and surroundings gave it a much more homely vibe. Would reccomend to friends and family.

If you feel afraid of frogs, then this is not a good place for you 😁 I met 3 in my room ( on the wall, near the bed, on the towel in the bathroom) You can also meet small snakes and insects in the garden. That's understandable as it is in the heart of nature. All were friendly ☺️

Steep climb on a narrow road to the property can take some guests by surprise. Non the less, accessible by Tuk tuk or car. No credit card payments only cash. No restaurant or breakfast provided on property.

Spacious and comfortable room. Staff was very helpful especially catering to our specific check in requirements. Good location with close proximity to restaurants and bars.

The towels are clean but slightly damp. I understand that the weather is not sunny for the towels to dry properly. Maybe this is something that can be enhanced!

The staff are so nice and answer all our questions on the tours, room,. We had a slight issue with water at night, but they fixed it the next day.

We had many mosquitoes inside, but we had mosquito net above the bed. We did not have hot water in the shower.

The water in the shower is quite hard to regulate - which is mainly bad for the environment as it takes time to find a good temperature where you don't freeze or boil. There is a construction next to the room I was in (the most beautiful view) but it was very noicy.

The room is well equipped with a watercooker and tea (big plus point for me). The mattress is super comfortable and they have very nice sheets and pillows! I stayed there for a week do to some work that I needed to do and the room had everything I needed for that (Table to work on + I even got an upgrate for good wifi). The balcony is nice and also the view is very beautiful. The location is perfect, you just need a few steps to be in town.

We booked two rooms, one was at the first floor one was grounded. The first floor room was quite nice, clean and big. The grounded one was also big but very dark and a little smelly. After two days with bathroom- window open everything was ok. The manager is very friendly and the location is quite nice because it is in the center but silent.

There was a bit of humidity smell but this is normal because it is a wooden cottage.

Perfect location, 1 min walk to the center but also a bit away from the noise, very convenient and it was much better than expected in terms of value of money. We took the room with a garden and it was very lovely.

No AC but we did know that and the fan was very good We could not use our plug adapters as they would not fit in the sockets because of the wood around them This could be easily fixed if they just removed the wood around the socket as it seems to be decorative
