Everything was perfect!

We had an amazing stay! The staff surprised us with an ocean view room upgrade - what a treat! The breakfast buffet was delicious, and Tipzy Hours were so much fun. But what really made our stay special was the warm and friendly service. Everyone made us feel so welcome! Can't wait to come back.

The music in the hotel was too loud and tiring. 'Clubby" music was playing at 8am. Seating at the restaurant is quite tight.

I liked the fact that the hotel gave a rejuvenating experience at the heart of the city. The staff was exceptionally trained. Malith at the guest relations desk was very helpful and at my assistance. He is well trained and resourceful making the guest experience brilliant. He is an asset to the hotel. Hashan from sales and marketing was also adept at showcasing all facilities at the hotel. Overall great place to stay if you need to relax and detox at the heart of the city.

Excellent location, delectable breakfast dishes. Overall excptional comfort and coridal staff. Duty chefs were very accomodating. Chef Andre and chef Sanjeewa were great .

Staff was a bit unorganized when we had diner buffet asking for payment and checked triple but we already payed at reception which wasn’t in the system.

Really slow service outside on terrace to get drinks despite telling the staff that we were going outside and would like a drink, then no sign of a bill or any interest in bringing one much later. This was, however an odd exception in otherwise excellent service.

I was a bit annoyed at check in that the receptionist ticked a box on the check in form. I later realised I had been signed up for their rewards club and started to receive a lot of spam emails. I think she should have asked if I wanted to join rather than ticking the form for me without asking. This seemed unprofessional. The bathroom has an odd design. It is open to the rest of the room. The doors can be closed but there isn’t a separate door for the toilet. Consequently you cannot use the wardrobe, which is located in the bathroom, because the clothes would get damp. There could be more vegan options in the buffet and on the dinner menu.

The location was excellent for seeing the city. The buffet breakfast was delicious. We ate dinner at the hotel one evening and the food was nice but had to be discussed with the chef because there were limited vegan options on the menu. It was great that the chef was able to discuss this with us and adapt dishes. The rooms are very modern, clean, and the bed is comfortable. We used Uber around the city/airport/stations etc and there were always cars/tuks within 1 minute of the hotel.

The location of this hotel is the key as this is right in the heart of the city and has access to the mall next door. Autos and cabs are easily available via the pick me app and everything is in the vicinity. The rooms and the amenities were excellent. Breakfast was elaborate and good quality. The staff (specially the front office manager, their head Chef and others) were very kind and courteous

I stayed for 2 night in February 2024. Fabulous property. Way exceeded my expectation for a courtyard property. Being a stickler for cleanliness they ticked all the boxes and how! Except for a small issue with waiting for a coconut water for 30 mins in the restaurant, everything was perfect. They soon made up for that when I went back for dinner and service was exceptional from there on. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a clean, fuss free and yet a classy establishment.

Fantastic breakfast with a great selection of western, Sri Lankan and other cuisine, appropriate for all palates. Lovely staff. Facilities in and around the hotel were great too. Good co-working space in the "ground" floor. Gym was good, though dumbbells max out at 25kg and bar at 95kg worth of plates, gym attendant was extremely friendly. Wifi was very good too so you are very able to work remote there.

Great location and access to city centre mall. The podium area with the pool and views were perfect to chill & enjoy the beautiful cityscape. The lobby is on level 9 and the access is by lift. Good security at the entrance as well. The hotel gave us connecting rooms as we were a group of 4 it was perfect for our one nights halt in Colombo before flying back. The room was functional and well appointed.
