Small odor from bathroom, not a big issue. A/c needed cleaning which was promptly attended to.

Amazing host Frances. Takes care of the place almost single handed, very responsive, represents local community well. Generous hospitality. Opened up her house to us to watch the cricket world cup semi final. Made local mangoes available to us when she heard that we liked them! Felt like we were living with the locals in Laborie. Wonderful little village with great beach, and warm people. Thanks to mama Tilly who made custom vegetarian food for us. View is among the best on the island. Staying down south was a good idea, but needs car.

It was very pleasure stay at Sunset Lane. I would say, it was the best choice in that village and laguna. Francis is very nice host. Please is clean. Kitchen with fridge was provided. We purchased food in local mini stores and prepared all ourself. For better selection we took a taxi to go to supermarket. Other guests went to local bars for dinner. Beautiful ocean view, and best sunset view from the big patio. We could swim right from beside the place. I would not recommend to go to the beach for swimming, as there are lots of fish cleaning stations, water did not look clean and bad smell all over, but from our place we could swim pretty far enjoying warm water.

Simple, clean, comfortable beds, amazing views from the terrace. Frances was very welcoming and friendly, as was everyone in Laborie. We arrived on a Sunday late afternoon and chose Sunset Lane as it's only about 15 minutes from the airport and we didn't want to drive in rhe dark. If you're llooking to visit somewhere typically St Lucian that's off the main tourist trail, we would recommend Laborie and Sunset Lane.

Everything was great. Just a couple times at night there would be a bit of an odor from the toilet bowl, but I kept the bathroom door closed so it didn't bother me.

This is a beautiful guesthouse for 'down-to-earth' people. Nothing 'over the top', but extremely clean and cozy, very friendly staff, beautiful common kitchen/lounge area with amazing views of the ocean and sunset. It is located at the very end of a small fishing town, so it doesn't get any traffic noise, all you hear is the ocean. Everything is within walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen, very nice lounge chairs and sofas to watch the sunset from. I really enjoyed my stay here.

We never met our hosts so cannot say anything about them. Good communication beforehand though. Unfortunately the breakfast is cancelled atm. Only 2 restaurants in the town accept credit cards.

Great location in the quaint little town of Laborie, which has a good vibe. Everybody knows everybody and are all very friendly. Nice views from the terrace, walking distance to all restaurants and the beach. Easy to get rides from the recommended taxi driver.

The room is pretty spartan (which was alright as we only had a one nights stay and we just needed a place to sleep) We did have trouble getting any toilet paper, but we were able to snag one from a just vacated room. Also there were no blankets or coverlets (only a top sheet) on the beds or in the closet and it was too late to call anyone, so we used bath towels for blankets

No breakfast included - we loved the location as it was near the village of Laborie which was a block away - we ate dinner at Momma Tilley's which was awesome. We didn't really see any of the hosts which was kind of disappointing as we heard from reviews that they were great hosts, however we did meet these three people from Canada (who were staying there for a week and were fantastic as they gave us cold beers after a very long day of traveling from the states!!) and they showed us all the little parts of the place. The view from the shared terrace is pretty spectacular with some very nice patio furniture to sit and see the bay. Desli was very good about communicating with me about preparations in the weeks and days before we arrived.

We LOVED Sunset Lane! The owner, Ms. Frances, and her daughter, Desly, are wonderful and truly care about the guests. The location is perfect, a short walk to the village and the beach. The views (and sunsets) are out of this world, the property well-maintained, the common area with lots of space and well-equipped kitchen, our room was very clean - everything was perfect! We stayed for a week, and took a couple of trips with Alex, who was recommended by the owners - a great driver, very professional and reliable. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend Sunset Lane! ❤️

Stunning views over Laborie bay and super friendly service await you at Sunset Lane. Frances is a super host and the icing on the cake is Alex for your travel transfers. Excellent restaurant in town next to the church or self cater with the excellent cooking facilities. Don’t hesitate. It’s all singing all dancing at Sunset Lane. Highly recommended.

We really loved Sunset lane. The location was amazing, so close to the water front, beautiful views from the terrace. The host was so warm and friendly. Our room was very cosy and clean. We loved it so much I already contacted Sunset lane to book another stay with them, but unfortunately they were fully booked for the dates we needed. I would definitely recommend this place
