The serving of the breakfast is kind of slow.

First of all, the view of this property is unbeatable-you can see the two pitons in front of you clearly from the property. Second, the staff there is very nice. They are friendly all the time and willing to help us during our stay. Third, the breakfast is decent with high quality omelette. Love it!

The approach road to the hotel is steep and has a couple of big holes in it. Nothing too bad but we were glad we had hired a Suzuki Jimny (in common with most guests)

Fantastic views from all rooms and balcony. Being able to have breakfast overlooking the Pitons was great. The property was very quiet ensuring a good night's sleep. Very efficient air-conditioning in the whole villa. Small pool area which always had free loungers. You need a car to get anywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Supermarket is only a 5 minute drive away in Soufriere and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking.

We loved our stay so no major criticism, we just thought that the pool could’ve been a little cleaner as there were lots of leafs and bugs swimming around but the hotel is surrounded by nature so we weren’t surprised by it and the view made up for it!

Breathtaking views, great location and close proximity to all major attractions around Soufriere, spacious, clean room and the provided beach towels were also very nice.

The air conditioner was noisier than expected but we are not used to having one and we’re grateful to have one. Otherwise the place is so quiet, the A/C was the only thing you heard.

1. The staff are simply wonderful - from Feresia’s booking and communications, Brian at security, the gardener and the cleaning staff. The breakfast chef Tonya goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and one morning she made traditional Saint Lucian breakfast that was a highlight of our stay. She also patiently guided us how to cook our dorado fish on the grill and brought us aloe for our sunburns. Thank you everyone for your smiles, kindness and hospitality.

We loved everything!

We had a great time celebrating our honeymoon at Samfi Gardens! We got the larger room which was clean upon arrival and flower pedals laid on our bed to welcome us. The views are absolutely stunning and an amazing sight to wake up to. The staff was also super friendly and enjoyed having coffee and playing cards in the morning on the balcony overlooking Soufrière and the Piton. We would highly recommend staying here!

It was all amazing but if I had to say some improvements then keeping the pool clean would probably be it, also could do with a bit of maintenance (missing pool tiles). Doesn’t do lunch or dinner, only breakfast. Parking for more cars would be nice too.

Unreal view. One of the best views from the balcony absolutely mesmerising. Must be one of the best views on the island for a fraction of the price of the more expensive resorts. Beds very comfortable, nice and firm. We stayed in the starfruit room (room 6) which I feel was in a great location on the middle floor. Room had everything you needed, good WiFi, mosquito net (on request), kitchen, hot shower and good water pressure. Suzannie was super nice and accommodating throughout our stay. Also had a little shop you can buy small provisions from. Closely located to a good local buffet (the beacon). Was sad to leave!

Nothing in the first week, it was top notch.

Our room for week one was faultless. A minor but annoying issue was that a mosquito net was required for the second week's room as one window needed repair as left a gap when closed despite attempts to adjust, and the bathroom window lacked a mosquito grill - would've been better if this was fixed/in place.

Everything about Samfi Gardens was fantastic! The staff is so kind and attentive—truly top notch! THE VIEW—just WOW! We enjoyed a very peaceful stay and we hope to visit again in the future. Would 1000% recommend!
