United KingdomWe had quite a bit of rain, no umbrellas in the rooms or available from reception. The rooms need some mats by the doors as when it rains the floor gets very slippery. The sauna wasn’t working, only found out when we went to use it. Service was a little slow and often staff were just standing around, so a little frustrating.
Loved the location, the views are beautiful. Great food and drink selection and the staff were very friendly.

US Virgin IslandsMenu was in the restaurant we liked was pretty much same every day. Facility is a little rough in some areas showing the result of being in a hot, moist, tropical environment. Also water pressure was a little wonky in our suite. For price was expecting a pristine facility.
The gem and value of this property were the staff. Warm, friendly, engaging. They aim to please and exceedingly so. Liked there were local offerings for food. Lots of different options. Overall property is beautiful and stay relaxing and rejuvenating.

United StatesThe room had some issues, despite being recently renovated. Appliances showing age. The toilet didn't flush very well, and made a very loud noise after being flushed. Plumbing was a little sketchy - water was either boiling hot or cold. The shower heads were in a really awkward location. Food was bland and repetitive. Not very good. Food service was incredibly slow. The same breakfast was offered every single day at both restaurants. Lunch was also repetitive. Lots of items were not available on the food and drinks menu. 1451: Main restaurant of the resort. Upscale-ish food, but not really. Portion sizes were very small. Main courses were okay. Shrimp course was very small, slightly overcooked. The shortribs were also overcooked, but had good flavour. The best course was the grilled octopus appetizer. Drinks were so-so, all very sweet, and tasted like syrup. Orders were also consistently delivered wrong for breakfast (missing items despite requests, etc...). Consistently look around 30-45 minutes to deliver a standard American breakfast. Le Beteau: Mediocre and odd sushi. A simple tuna roll had pickled jalapenos in it which was an odd choice. Chips were stale. No fresh guac (some packaged avocado puree in it's place). Fish ceviche was not fresh. Some drinks not available. "Spicy" margarita was essentially a regular marg with pickled jalapenos (again odd choice). Hurricane Hole: Okay-ish food. Ordered it for room service since the entire restaurant smelled like a septic tank. Cove: Steaks were pretty tasty. The pizzas were very inconsistent. More like sauce and cheese on flatbread rather than real pizza. Margherita pizza lacked any basil as advertised. The tapas were pretty gross. The "crab cake" is just a ball of breaded, and deep fried imitation crab. Bars: Often lacked ingredients for some drinks. Drinks really boozy and sugary. Fresh ingredients were lacking. No top-shelf liquor as advertised.
The highlight of the resort was the service. Staff was incredibly friendly. The grounds were lush, and the view from the 2BR penthouse was incredible. We had a personal butler who was very responsive in helping us get whatever we needed and setting up off-resort excursions.

United KingdomThe breakfast was underwhelming. The fruit wasn't locally sourced and tasted horrible, the scrambled egg tasted like rubber. We ordered certain plates and requested certain things and they didn't turn up. And if they did turn up, it took a while for everything to arrive. Our room wasn't clean when we arrived. The bin hadn't been taken. The kitchen worktop in our room wasn't clean when we arrived. The bathroom looked dated and the grouting looked like it was about to fall out. The toilet seat moved when you sat down(felt like it was about to fall off the wall). In one communal toilet, there wasn't even a toilet seat to sit on(see photo)! They tried to charge us extra for our massages - this was because of bad communication. Overall I thought the service was terrible, considering your paying £600 a night. At that amount of money, I'm expecting an all-round high-quality experience but it was far from being perfect... unfortunately. I wouldn't recommend it personally.
We liked the fact that we could speak with someone via WhatsApp if we had a problem. They did an amazing job locating our missing bag.

United Kingdomthe pool area is not big enough for all guests the dining areas did not feel worth the money rooms where not equipped with basic necessities - hair dryer/ snack / iron / tv that worked. all needed when paying this much the food was hit and miss and the staff where also hit and miss. you never knew what you were going to get . the wait time and service was really bad - this is not just normal for the island - we stayed in another resort and was night and day.
we liked the landscape, greenery and the buildings themselves.

GreeceThe service was poor, although there were few guests at the hotel. The food was awful in all restaurants and even the breakfast was not up to rate. The staff were only trying to promote hotel services such as the spa and the restaurants, without actuall helping with our needs. Overall the hotel is definitely overpriced, given the low level of service and the dismal quality of the food.
The hotel's location is amazing, with a magnificent view in one of the island's most attractive locations. The room was comfortable and spacious, fully equipped and clean.
