I arrived 15 minutes after check-in, and I waited almost 2 hours for my room to be ready. The food was nasty, and very bland, no seasoning. The towels and sheets were very hard and rough on the skin. Also, they did not have washcloths.

I have been booking with booking .com for years now and has made many complaints and you never to took the time to respond hence I do not think you are following up on the hotels where the money does not reflect value

The service is terrible. We ate there twice. Waiting 1 hour 15 min for a lunchtime burger and, over 40 minutes waiting for the check after a dinner there. No apologies offered. After that we gave up wasting our holiday time and went out to support the smaller local business in the area. The wait time and service at the pool bar was also often long and surly.

I got bed bugs while staying there. When we arrived, the AC started spewing dirt onto the bed and the next day the cleaners didn't even change sheets. As a result it's not surprising at all. When reaching out to them about this incident, they never responded. Unbelievable.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and engaging. They wanted you to have an awesome stay. The food was great. Being able to walk right out onto the beach was the best.

Not an all inclusive option. Only one restaurant . No entertainment aft 9.00 pm Shortage of certain foods. Rooms need a refurbishment especially the bathroom.

Beautiful layout! The design and layout of the property is perfect. The location of the swimming pool near to the restaurant, bar and cafe is very convenient. Literally steps to the beach. As the restaurants are right on the beach.

The staff are very unfriendly and not helpful. Our check in was delayed which when you have a small child with you is not acceptable. The hotel is very dirty and run down, our room had bugs all over it that they did not clean when asked.

The hotel is in a Great Location with a lovely beach.

Amazing location, right on the beach. Free access from to noon motorised water sports like paddling boarding and kayak’s. Delicious food. I have recommended this hotel to so many family and friends. Do not hesitate to book this. You will not regret it.

A very nice hotel resort on a fantastic beach. Huge, clean and cozy rooms with a nice view from the balcony. Very nice and big pool. Excellent breakfast buffet, very nice pool bar.

The food was poorly prepared. Outside of the breakfast option of bake and saltfish, the fruit was clearly imported and lacked flavor or freshness. Dinner was especially a disappointment. The dishes lacked seasoning and many of the dishes were dredged in oil. Several diners and I complained about the food nightly. For a beautiful location, the food is not par. I would not advise going with the all inclusive option as there are food establishments and a supermarket in walking distance. Additionally, the water went out in multiple blocks during the morning. There was no way to bathe or brush your teeth during this time. Management was aware and did not apologize or check in. This establishment lacks customer service focus. With a bit of focus, this resort could excel in hospitality. Unfortunately, I did not experience that during my stay.

The beach was calm and perfect for swimming and relaxing. The folks working on the beach (local and/or resort staff) were very courteous. I immediately felt like family. There was an employee named Kevin signing folks up for watersports and boat tours who stood out. He was very kind, attentive and whose energy made you want to sign up for the resort offerings!

Staff were either super friendly and efficient, or demotivated and forgetful. Other than breakfast, food is substandard compared to many of the myriad of independent restaurants within easy walking distance. Maybe it's Covid protocols, but there's no excuse to not have any black tea bags at breakfast, or cutlery available, or beach towels available.

Have stayed there before pre Covid. Location is excellent with good water facilities, although pricing is punitive for motorised activities and makes no sense for large numbers.
