The parking to the reception - no proper flat walkway. This is quite difficult as we brought few luggage with us and quite troublesome to bring them to the hotel/car during check-in and check-out. The breakfast was good but we hope they changed the menu (at least for some items). We were served the exact food for the two consecutive days.

The Se restaurant is beautiful. We love having breakfast and faced the sea. The overall ambience is soothing and pleasant. We had dinner at the restaurant too. Nice food and nice ambience as well. The room is beautiful, the toilet is comfortable and a lot of storage. This hotel provided the most memorable amongst 3 other hotels during our stay. We were so happy to have stayed here. The location is great too as you can go to places of interest from here.

No shisha allowed on balconies, plz let us have shisha when at leisure on balconies so we can enjoy our stay more.

The only thing I would note is that the rooms need some extra amenities such as slippers and dental kits etc. hopefully this is something that would be taken into consideration.

No lifts made it an effort with luggage up and down stairs to our room. The pool staff were a little lacklustre when asking to move umbrellas and have food and drink service. I guess it's coming to the end of season so less staff made getting service a little hard.

Pool facilities and outdoor setting was amazing. So close to beach which is a plus. The rooms were a good size and nicely renovated. The lebanese syle breakfast was yummy and the location within the Se Restaurant had beautiful views of the ocean. A must if visiting Jbeil, Byblos.

While overall I had a pleasant experience, there were a few areas that I believe could be improved upon. Firstly, the location of the resort proved to be somewhat challenging, particularly for those who did not have a car or preferred not to rely on taxi services. It would be beneficial to explore alternative transportation options or consider providing convenient shuttle services to enhance accessibility for guests. Secondly, I found the ocean to be incredibly inviting; however, I noticed that the loose rocks near the water's edge posed a safety risk. Many individuals, particularly the elderly, experienced difficulties and falls while attempting to enter the water. It would be greatly appreciated if measures could be taken to address this concern, such as removing the rocks or constructing steps to ensure a safer and more enjoyable beach experience for all guests. Lastly, I would like to address the issue of excessively loud music by the pool, particularly after 12 pm. While I understand that there is an atmosphere to maintain, it became challenging to relax and have conversations with my partner due to the overwhelming noise. Despite multiple requests to lower the volume, I was informed that nothing could be done. It would be highly beneficial to find a compromise that allows guests to enjoy their holiday and engage in peaceful conversations without compromising the overall ambience.

The accessibility to the pool, ocean, rooms, and restaurant made it easy to enjoy all the amenities. The efficiency of the housekeeping team was commendable, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment throughout my stay. We enjoyed our stay.

The mattress was a bit hard for my taste ( this is very subjective). Also on booking it was mentioned under facilities that there would be an indoor playground. It is not there (anymore). It was a pity because it was one of the reasons for us to choose this option for our four year old daughter. .

The hotel is currently in the process of renovations. It is also being refurbished. There is a lot of construction work going on from early morning to evening, but I did not really hear it while in my room. Due to this all the place -especially the exterior - looks quite different from the pictures on booking.com that I saw. The new style is very charming. The staff is friendly, helpful and polite. The views on the beach, blue sea and nearby Beirut are stunning. We liked the breakfast and especially the dinner at the SE onsite restaurant.

I would have scored them higher but for a few reasons. Firstly the pool wasn't available and when I asked they said its not in season, I believe that should have been mentioned on the website as I booked the place cause of the pool. Secondly the breakfast was very basic, I dont believe its a continental breakfast.

This hotel is a very nice hotel with very good location. Everywhere was neat and tidy and the staff were generally helpful. The views from the hotel room and dining area were breathtaking. I will also recommend you go on a date to the on premise restaurant. You can also hire one of their pods on the beach. It's really beautiful. They were renovating when we got there in early March so I believe when they are done the place will look even better.

Maybe it was off season, maybe it was because they were renovating. However, the pool was out of order, the rooms were a little dusty and old, and little things (like umbrellas near the chairs by the beach) were missing throughout.

The food at Se restaurant was fantastic. Both breakfast and dinner were really amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and nice and the view near the beach was excellent.
