The fake reviews worried us.

Nice roof terrace. YOU ONLY GET FREE BREAKFAST IF YOU BOOK VIA BOOKING.com ( tho if you extend day by day afterwards they keep the free breakfast involved). There was a water refill, we weren’t changed for it tho some others were (still only 3000 kip). And a swimming pool which felt essential. Also next door to jam so you could go there if you want a. More social vibe for an evening drinking.

You don’t really want to go inside the pool, smells and looks bad. Not the owner but the other guy in the reception was changing the prices and asking for more money than he should several times. If you need to extend or pay talk to the owner. Otherwise he will make you pay more

A/C didn’t work most of the time, which was hard in a room of 8 people. Pool could have been cleaner.

Very helpful staff, booked tours and buses at cheaper prices. Cheap good laundry. Pool was nice too. Comfy dorm bed. Nice rooftop and pool table

Bathrooms weren't the cleanest and one toilet even missed the seat. Aside from that can't, say much, just stayed one night.

The bathrooms could do with an upgrade, rusty doors were difficult to lock and unlock and the bins for toilet paper were just a bin bag on the floor so there were flies and ants

For the two out of the four days of our stay, there was no soap anywhere for the hands! I had to ask three times to finally get a bar of soap a bit before the checkout. Also, we booked our bus tickets for the next city from the reception. When we arrived at the bus stop the bus wouldn’t leave and waited there for 1 hour cause there was an empty seat. When we tried to communicate with the hostel they hung up. I think that if you are getting paid for a service then you should be able to help if something goes wrong. If not, don’t do it or at least don’t charge extra!

In terms of value for money it’s not as good standard as hostels same price, the staff at the breakfast station is so unfriendly and grumpy, one toilet in a room of 10 beds (shower is in the toilet) is a disaster - if someone is showering and you need to use the toilet. Not enough to have one toilet for 10 bed dorm. The water refill should be free, in my opinion. Exchange rate was questionable, I think we were overcharged

Not really social No hot water in the shower They tried to charge me more, pretending they confused my reservation with someone else. Even when they found mine, the conversion from dollars to kip was not the current one, so I end up paying more than I should have. Didn’t like the attitude

AC is off during daytime, and only turns on at 7 pm. I was so tired from my early flight so I wanted to sleep, but was so difficult to get some rest in a very hot room. The blanket was not clean, it spread so many dust particles on my bed when I opened to use it.

The hostel was clean. And I enjoyed the free breakfast in the nice common area on the rooftop.

Bit dirty but i saw cleaners so just surface stains etc. 3000kip water refill but this is quite common just refill large water bottles.

Great location, family were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. My dorm had working ac and curtains over the beds. Social rooftop, outdoor smoking areas and the pool was great in the heat.

The pool is quite heavily chlorinated but that’s our only downside.

Amazing friendly staff that really try to help you especially with booking transport to and from different cities and to bus stations. The rooms and bathroom are clean and tidy, free tea/coffee and fruit is a massive bonus.

The possibility of reserving transport for other cities. The hostel had a pool that could be used at any time. Possibility of engine reservation

Not the cleanest hostel but still managed well. The staff could be a bit more friendly. The wifi is ok but had problems getting into Prime Video for example due to the vpn.

Good location. The breakfast was cheap and really good, I always asked for the banana pancake, splendid way to start the day. The staff was nice but not the friendliest. You could pay to have a water refill for cheap. Lots of toilets and showers to choose from and I never had to wait.

Good location, quiet area, pool is on the opposite side of the road so nobody disturb you. Really nice breakfast for 20.000. Free coffee, tea and fruits. You can exchange money in reception.
