Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeIt’s very conveniently located and is within walking distance to all the attractions. The staff were so helpful and wonderful. Once I got there, the staff gave me a map and showed me where all the attractions are, including the opening timings and patiently answered all my questions. They also arranged a one day tour to the waterfall and cave and villages ending with a boat ride in sunset. Ask them for this! It’s great! They recommended nice massage place and wonderful restaurants. They also arranged for a transport back to the station in a van. I regretted not asking them to arrange transport for me when I came from the station. It was 3x cheaper! The room was nice and has a quiet environment. Wonderful breakfast. I’ll stay here again if I come!

TaiwanThe room on the 1st floor, with not much sunlight. The AC, Fan, Fridge, they all come with a loud noise during the night. somehow when others taking shower or turning AC on, i could hear the loud vibration in my room. a bad sleeping experience.
The owner is resouceful, everything can be booked via him, and he shares some local restaurants, must-go spots.
