We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Friendly and helpful staff, who helped us moving room to the first floor when we asked and also booked for us a motorbike and taxi both ad short notice. Very clean rooms with all you may need. Lovely pool to relax and refresh after a day of sightseeing. Very convenient to the town centre (2 mins walk).

The Cozy An Boutique Hotel is nestled into a convenient location close to the night market in Luang Prabang. The decor is tastefully done and the staff are excellent. Khay was extremely helpful! We did appreciate the breakfast options. Everything was delicious

NetherlandsThe only reason I can not give a 10 is just some small things. Just a bit attention to detail that is lacking. For example there are still stickers on the glass sliding doors in the shower. There are still blue marker numbers on the tiles from measurements (I think). The bathroom is already showing some permanent water stains that haven’t been cleaned properly. In some of the rooms the fan is installed backwards making it not work properly. The pool area only has like 5 beds and they are pretty stained already. Would also be nice if they provided pool towels. Just small things but I believe that to keep a hotel nice and high standard these are the details that could make a big difference. Hopefully they will be a bit more attentive to these things to make sure the hotel doesn’t show too much signs of neglect in the future.
We loved Cozy An! This hotel is quite new and the rooms are soooo comfy! Rooms are equipped with a small fridge, coffee/tea, water. The beds are super comfortable and make for a very restful night. The aircons are new and work perfect. The pool is lovely and great to cool off. Breakfast buffet is great and has lots of choices. Staff is welcoming and friendly and helpful and in for a laugh. The location is perfect! In a quiet side street but still super central. Oh if you stay in Luang Prabang definitely go dine at La Manda de Laos! 😍 We loved our stay and extended with two nights. Great price/quality.

Overall, I had a great experience at Cozy An Boutique Hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean and perfect to a few days in Luang Prabang. Good breakfast. Swimingpool available. Great location and close to night market and all great restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luang Prabang.
