Maybe the shower area could be nicer, but overall it is very nice to stay there.

When I arrived I couldn’t get the room I booked (however) so I got a room in the neighbour house. This is Senghaloune Villa which I would absolutely not recommend booking as it is super basic and not nice. The next day I could get my booked room and even extended my stay. Also the compensation (I didn’t had to pay the full price for the first night) was okay. By the way, the Boss is the only person to communicate in English.

Nice accommodation right at the river with beautiful view from the terrace. The restaurant is right above the water and everything is freshly prepared. The room is good, but I wouldn’t call it “de Luxe”. The bathroom would urgently need some maintenance. Even if everything works it doesn’t look good anymore.

LIghting was not that great, but it did have large windows for daytime on the computer. The electrical outlets were poorly placed.

The location was perfect for us as close to many retaurants and it is right on the river.

This a nice little resort right on the river and close to many fantastic restaurants. They provided bicyles which is handy as the islands are easily cyclable. The room was quite spacious and the hot water pressure was great. The owners are friendly and helpful.

The water pressure is as relaxed as the whole atmosphere, I don’t have very long hair, but I did not manage to wash it properly!

The Terrace and the Mekong view are stunning, clean and comfortable and functional bikes for rent are plenty

The communication with the host. The rooms aren’t checked if you stay multiple nights so we ran out of toilet paper.

Great balcony with a view. Clean rooms & bathroom. Good location. Nana’s restaurant is closeby and definitely recommended!

The rooms are really comfortable. A really good point for the hot water and a good water flow !! What to say about the incredible welcome of Saï, the housekeeper and his wife, Dii, in the 100 m far away restaurant Fahsaï. Thank you so much for your smiles and your kindness

Very nice and quite place, situated directly at the boat landing. Very friendly and helpful owner. He has an own tuk tuk for sightseeing and owns a restaurant (100 meters away from hotel). Great value for the money!

A bit expensive considering that it doesn't offer any service (not even breakfast). Probably because of covid lockdown, the structure is poorly mantained. Lot of mosquitos in the room..

The patio in front of the room is nice. The owner is nice and he made us to choose the room we prefer.

I liked it all and was very happy here. You hear boats at 6am and a little noise from the room next door but nothing major (this is quite normal for Laos) and it didn't really disturb me.

I liked the spacious room and bathroom (where the shower is hot with quite good pressure and NOT over the toilet which seems to be a Lao speciality!) The air conditioning was very much needed and welcome. I enjoyed the spacious communal balcony with chairs and hammock and the solidity of the structure. Great location near shops and restaurants and where the boats arrive. Great bikes for hire at a cheap price. Friendly, helpful owner and family.

Not much at all!

Location is exceptional, right near all the restaurants and shops. Free bikes to use everyday and plenty for breakfast. Rooms are nice and big and have private bathroom with a nice warm shower.

While the waitress and staff were really kind, the owner was extremely rude and in a big hurry to be paid.No possibility to pay by credit card. There was just one towel, not even a towel for the floor, after having had a shower. Not even a towel for bed. Could here from walls and floor what was happening in other rooms.

Everything was perfect. We felt welcomed by the staff and everyone was genuinely kind and friendly. The wife of the owner is cooking absolutely amazing and we ate there every day. Free bike to ride around the island.

A little over priced but in my view, only by a few dollars which is nothing in the grand scheme of things. Still a great place to stay.

Large room which was very clean but the winner was the view. Overlooking the river, plenty of restaurants close by (including the one on the property which was amazing), this really was an enjoyable stay. Free bicycle and the ferry drop off/pick up is right there as well which is very handy.

Norhinf at all

Warm welcome and directly at the boat pier. Quiet with a great view to the river, especially on rhe upper floor. Each room with hammock outside to relax. Hot shower wirh good pressure. Bicycle cheap to rent, booking of transports and trips always possible. Owner lady has a restaurant 100 meters away and offers excellent food and drinks whole day. Thanks for a perfect 4 nights stay. Very noisy. Basic accommodations. No breakfast. No lobby...just a table and chair on the street. Walls paper thin. Ceiling in bathroom leaked. Lukewarm water.
