Great location, easy walking distance to metro, shopping and restaurants on Insadong Street, temple and palaces. Very quiet, good for sleeping at night. Room and bathroom very spacious. Air conditioning was adequate. Very convenient to use the free washer and dryer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

The prices might vary a lot - they were very high for part of our stay, while quite low on other days. For external reasons, we had to extend our booking from the initial 7 (cheaper) days and the additional 4 days cost us more than those 7. Still, we liked the hotel enough to accept this rise in price.

Very nice, comfy rooms. We stayed on two occasions, both in the Korean-style room and in the regular premium, and we were very happy with both stays. The location is just ideal for sightseeing in Seoul, with most important places reachable on foot and major subway hubs nearby, the staff are nice and speak perfect English. You can use the laundry room in the basement for free.

Poor bathroom lighting--had to stand in the bedroom facing the window holding a compact mirror to do my makeup. like most Korean hotel rooms, the lights from various electronics were a bit disruptive to sleep. Fixed the latter problem by taping folded-up pieces of paper over the lights. And neither of these issues was a deal-breaker.

Spacious room for the price point and downtown location. Comfortable bed and pillows, good work desk with decent chair. Great light-blocking window treatment. Air conditioning was quiet and worked well. Quiet room (third floor). Everything I was hoping for when I made the booking. On top of that, very helpful and kind staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is good value for money, considering the prices in Seoul. Great location nest to a street with a lot of handcrafted goods shops and several of the palaces and “cool” areas of Seoul.

The location is very good because you are between two different beautiful must see neighborhoods (Insa-dong and Gyeongbokgung square), with amazing restaurants everywhere and convenience stores + bus/metro stations very close. The staff was always very helpful, the laundry room is useful. The rooms have a small entrance where you can leave your shoes, and then another door after which house shoes are waiting for you. Everything needed for the stay was provided (water every day, toothbrushes among other toiletries). We didn't try the cafe, but the restaurant in front of the hotel is absolutely amazing. Toilet room was separate but small (didn't help with claustrophoby) and the door opened inwards also didn't have any shelf or a bar to help somebody with bad knees with standing up; also the mirror situation was weird, couldn't put on makeup the whole stay, so maybe bring a small standing mirror

Excellent location in the middle of Insadong but also not too close to main street so not too noisy, and double doors also made the room very quiet; staff was nice and helpful; room was very clean and the bedsheets and duvet were very good quality in my opinion, I slept really comfortably; big room with lots of countertop space, and lots of power outlets; good wifi

Well located on a quiet side street in Insadong, minutes away from the lively Insadong main street and many good restaurants, cafes and tea houses. Easy access to buses and subway with 5-10 minutes walk to 3 subway stations Jonggak, Anguk and Jongno-3-ga. On some nights, there was a pojangmacha 100m away in front of the convenience store on Insadong-5-gil. The deluxe twin room was clean, comfortable and spacious for a family of 3. Smart TV with Netflix access. Laundry facilities well maintained. Hotel cafe serves good coffee and a variety of drinks and sandwiches. All in all an enjoyable stay in a lovely part of Seoul!
