Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe bathroom is half the size of the entire room, which is quite a waste (I wish it was smaller and the room bigger). Also, this is the only hotel I've ever stayed in during my travels where there was no storage/closet space of any kind (not even drawers). I found this both odd and irritating.
This hotel is in an excellent location; it's within walking distance to a metro line and bus stops. Also, the area is super nice and you see many professionals throughout the day going to/coming from work. The cleaning staff is excellent. Every day I received fresh towels and toiletries. The room was thoroughly clean and cleaned during my stay.

They clean the room everyday and provide fresh towels. Its very near yeoksam station and there is a stop for airport bus. The location is near food establishments and convineince store. There are elevators and rooms are big. Staffs are nice and accomodating.

The staff are friendly and well presented. The rooms are a good size room and so is the bathroom. Also, the room was clean and the air con worked well. Don't be put off by the crazy decor in the hallway.

RussiaThe hotel is very close to Gangnam metro station. A very cute guy at the reception speaks very good English. I came for the surgery so it was essential that I sleep on a soft mattress post op. Unfortunately I had to change the hotel for this reason. Also the hotel might need some renovation on some floors at least. Coz it smells like mold a bit.
