Walk way in the room very narrow no place to open luggages. Bedsheet is dusty.

Best location, next to busan many train stations and many bus lines. Went to many places with bus without transit, better to take bus more view to see. Next to two convenient shops, Starbucks, and many restaurants nearby. Staff provided great service when I had problem. Bed very comfortable.

Front desk staff serves as concierge - we selected this hotel (an American company franchise) assuming there would be very capable assistance for us to take full advantage of the visit. However, the front desk ability to provide this kind of assistance is just fair. The beds and pillows are quite firm (as seems to be the custom in South Korea, with a few welcome exceptions (e.g., Sheratan Four Points).

The room is on the small side (especially the bathroom), but it is generally modern, clean, well designed and generously appointed - everything worked. Our room on an upper floor had a great view, and there is reason to think any room above the sixth or seventh floor will too. The shower is great.

Hotel supplies limited tea and coffee good for two on dsy to day,no creamer,no sugar.,no toothbrush and tooth paste,nor shower cap.Hope the management will take a look on these,matter,small complaints but basic amenities will help improve service to meet clients needs.

Hotel location is so closed to KTX, and trains station which so easy to move around the city.Hop on hop off city tour bus is just in front of the hotel.Restaurants is just in the corner of the hotel.Hotel is so clean, Buffet restaurant is good. with variety of food choices.

The staff doesnt talk English very well, but we were able to communicate. The room (bathroom) smelled a little cigarrets, but I think it was the ventilation system. After a couple minutes, it disappeared. The air conditioner works only with one function (heating) and we couldn't low the temperature. We were instructed for open the window or turn off the air conditioner. Since it was about 3 celsius degrees outside, we had decided to change rooms.

Great location! The room was clean and was very spacious. Great pillows and comfortable bed. They storage our luggage before the check-in.

Room temperature was a little too warm, so the window had to be opened to let the cool air come in since the room temperature controller could not be set to Cold. Everything else is fine.

Location - just next to the Busan station & subway, and there is a convenient store, starbuck and a shop selling fish cake just below the hotel. Coin laundry machines- there are 2 washers and 2 Dryers that makes it very convenient for guests to do their laundry.

Nothing loved everything great value

Location is reason booked (to get early am train on departure. But loved the staff , so helpful . The room was fabulous, was little worried as some other reviews said issue with hot room & air- con but booked anyway & SO SO GLAD I DID. It wasn’t an issue at all the thermostat was moveable so if 2 warm /cold I could adjust temp no problem (the windows did lever open for nice fresh air if needed ) Beds ✅ pillows ✅ Also plenty of food options near by & taxi rank outside (staff so helpful they would write destination in Korean to give driver ✅)
