Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaNo bidet for the toilet :( They are trying to go for unmanned reception desk but it was a bit challenging to deal with the staff through the CCTV for check in/out because the staff mostly just talked in Korean. I also called front desk to request for iron but the staff asked me to send the request through e-mail instead is a bit ridiculous to me.
I like the location of the hotel as it is located between subway line 9 Sport Complex stop and line 2 Jamsil saenae stop. Airport bus 6006 goes direct to both Sport Complex and Jamsil saenae stops making it's very convenience to travel to and from the airport to the hotel. Location is buzzing with shops. The room is spacious, very comfortable.

Good location near subway stations. Travel into the touristy area is about 50 minutes. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and particular compliments to Clara who was very welcoming and chatty each day and helped us with planning and bookings.

United StatesThe worst part is the automatic check-in system. It wasn't working very well when we arrived, but luckily Clara was there to help us. (I heard it was still in the process of being updated, but my suggestion is to check-in Mon-Fri between 10 am to 9 pm so that someone is there just in case.) I think there were several small things that could use some improvements. Our bathroom looked unfinished as the faucet lever socket was degrading, and there was a huge cracked tile along the bathtub's base that looked like a repair might have been recently done. The lamps had loose wires that looked like an electrical hazard (we just left them unplugged). Towels also need to be replaced as a few of the ones we were given had holes larger than 5 cm in diameter. Weird things were that the restaurant was closed (they didn't change the sign until we were leaving) and the rooftop garden was clearly under construction with no warning given to us.
The room worked nicely, and the staff (especially Clara) was excellent. Compared to other reviews, I didn't hear much noise. The hotel's location to the transit system was fairly easy for us to use. The cleaning staff was also very nice and did a great job. We slept well, and the internet wifi worked well for us. For AC, be sure to let the staff know what temperature you would like the room, so they can program that in when you turn on the unit in the room. I'm going to list a few things in the next section that may appear long, but it's only so that the hotel will continue to improve. If I ever go to Seoul again, I wouldn't mind staying here at all.

AustraliaThe rooftop facility was under maintenance by the time that we staying. TV in the bath tub is a bit dodgy and doesn't work. The tub look like jacuzzi tub but the bubble feature doesn't work.
I like that the room is nicely clean. and the hotel staff come to make the bed, changing fresh towel and providing new water bottle every single day of our stay. with the price that we pay for this place, is this very perfect hotel. The area seems a bit dodgy because it's all surrounded by motels. But honestly if you don't mind that you get a perfect, comfortable stay here and very easy to travel around Seoul too. Sure that I'm I have to go back to Seoul again I will choose to stay here.

Italythere is no longer a concierge to check in or check out. Or even just to call a taxi. You speak to a machine located at the entrance, from which a person who knows where answers you anyway. It would be nicer if there was a person there, also for safety reasons, given that the doors are always open.
Very nice hotel in a nice area. There are many restaurants and entertainment venues in the area. The subway is very convenient and is also close to the Lotte World Tower, the shopping center and the sports facilities.

United StatesSweltering in the room. No way to reduce the temp. Called front desk at 0300 and tried to tell him in broken Korean/English about the room. It was just too hot. We opened the windows and people were yelling and partying in the streets. The mattress was also super springy. Poor sleep either way.
