Location was excellent, very private, relaxing, quiet and spacious. Appreciate having access to a washing machine, Hosts are amazing to deal with. They recommend place to see and eat with direction, made contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Have recommended this location to a friend that will be coming to Korean in June.

The property was big enough for a family of four. The location is perfect! It’s a few minute walk to Iteawon. Shops and restaurants were around the corner. A minute walk to the subway station. Drink dispenser was a plus! The host was nice and easy to contact with. We highly recommend this property and would come back again.

The living room without windows. The bad smell in the shower and scent vaporizers all around the apartment to hide it. It could be good to add a decent ventilation system and solve the sewer piping issue to solve this point. The first floor, almost in the basement, situation of the apartment in the house.

The warm welcome and advises from Viktor. The great location, in HBC, walking distance from Itaewon, one bus stop to Myeondong, down to Namsan hill! Restaurants, pub and convenient store really close. The clean and comfortable beds and sofa. The good size for 3 people.

The house was really clean and comfortable. The location was perfect since we moved around with buses most of the times. The hosts were really friendly and even offered us to stay a bit longer on our check-out day. The house had everything we needed.

Nothing except for the lockbox storing keys to unit which is not easy to open with even keying in with the correct passcode. Some efforts were required to unlock the lockbox especially checking in at night where visibility was low on a cold and dark night. But I appreciate the host Joe rushing down to check on this challenge so that we can check in successfully.

Convenient location with easy access to public transport bus and train and surrounded by convenience stores. Checking in and out a breeze. Water, crockery, utensils, washing machine and shower items were provided, even cooking oil! Hosts Joe and Viktor were very responsive and friendly. When the water dispenser ran out, thanks to Viktor who personally delivered and replenished 18.9-litre of water tank by himself within an hour.

Loved the location & the apartment suited our family perfectly. The best asset of this property is Viktor - he was so quick to answer questions & I feel had we had any issues they would have been sorted immediately (we didn’t have any issues)

The apartment is nice and the host also, he asked if everything was ok and if we needed anything else. The beds are comfortable, you have a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. You can use the underfloor heating which is an amazing thing in Korea during winter. No smart tv but there is a chromecast. It’s maybe not the most modern accommodation but you’ll have everything you need during your stay. Not too far from Itaewon. Just good to know that in this area (Haebangchon) there are sloping streets. Overall it was a good place where to stay.

As it is a more traditional older house the neighbours coming and going might be an issue for light sleepers.

It is a great little place in HBC, in a smaller street away from the busy ones, offering a great base for exploring Seoul. Buses and subway in walking distance, so are some shops and restaurants.

The only issue we had was the smell from the bathroom. But I don't think that was anything down to the owners, I just think it was the pipework.

The apartment was bigger than we expected. We had a group of 4 of us. And the accommodation was more than enough for all of us to chill out and relax. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. Security was also very good. The management were very accommodating and helped us with any of our requests. To be honest they went above and beyond. Very welcoming and friendly to all of us. I would definitely recommend this apartment to other people. We had washing facilities, so we didn't have to bring alot of clothes (which made it easier to bring more things back). I totally recommend Viktor and Joe x We will definitely book again.. :)

Nothing really. It was veey easy to live in this apartment for 2 weeks. Felt like home very quickly.

Lovely central location and it's very spacious. The rooms are huge. The beds a super comfy. Out host Viktor was genuinely lovely and extremely helpful. He went out of his way a lot for us and also gave us a lot of useful tips. He even helped us get our luggage to the road and into the taxi.

We arrived with a group of 4 people quite late in the evening, but the owner was very welcoming and tried to help in every possible way, even with every little thing, and his assistant kindly shared places worth going to for shopping, impressions and delicious food. Separately, I would like to note the speed of response to our questions. We believe that next time we will definitely return here! Convenient location, technical amenities and availability of literally anything to have fun, I really liked it all! The owner is very kind and sociable, which is also very pleasing. He is always happy to help with anything, even if it is not so easy to accomplish. We hope that we were good guests and did not cause any problems :) Thank you for these three wonderful weeks in Seoul!

The only downside of the property was that after a couple of flushes it would start to smell bad— i’m guessing the bathroom drain.

I likes that the property was basically in the heart of seoul. Namsan tower is only 10 minutes away by car, Gangnam was 20 minutes & Myeongdong was also 10 minutes. Itaewon is a walk away and there’s all types of food/restaurants easily located.

My friends and I stayed in this apartment for three weeks, and it was very nice! The location is super convenient, all the restaurants and cafes are near, also it only takes few stops by bus/subway to get to other busy parts of seoul. Also the manager of the apartment was super nice and very helpful, he gave us many recommendations and great advice:) Apartment is perfect for four people, we espcecially loved the living room with the big sofa, where we could hang out and just relax:) Definitely a very pleasant stay!

The bathroom is not the most comfortable for 3 persons or more. And there was a weird smell sometimes but we haven't be able to talk about this with the owner because we had no time.

Really excellent place ! And of course really helpful owner and staff. Mr. Joe and Mr. Viktor 11 out of 10. Even Me. Viktor help us to find our lost bag at bus. Help us to going to the police station and make a report about it. And we only need going to Everland and our bag is already in our unit. 24/7 ready for our needs.

it’s a bit uphill so going home is a bit of an exercise.

spacious and located in a great neighborhood where everything is accessible. you can grab a bite early morning due to convenience stores nearby o late night from restos and bars.

road up to property is a bit steep but it’s just 2 mins from main road to property so it was not a big issue for us. We had some issues arriving from yongsan station due to our many pieces of luggages so had to take 4 taxis for a group of 4. thankfully it was a short distance and cost abt 7000won to 8000won per pax.

nice cosy place that is big - 2 bedrooms , Kitchen, sitting area , washing machine in bathroom which is good size . it’s super value for money for our group of 4 HBC which is termed liberation village , fringe of itaewon . Line 6 is 8 mins walk away from property. Many nice restaurants in the area, convenience stores just 2 minutes away. Overall interesting area to stay in which is very different from hotels in popular tourist places.

Shower was a little bit inconvenient as it would wet the whole bathroom area, limiting other bathroom use such as the toilet.

Great location, lots of options for awesome coffee shops and bars nearby. Location was quite and peaceful. Easy to access the property, smooth booking process. Owner is great and very helpful even helped us organise a taxi after our stay. Property is well looked after and maintained. Perfect for me and my friend to stay a couple of nights.
