There isn't anything I didn't like...

Very convenient stay. The hotel links to the Lotte Department store and the underground shopping.mall, the metro and Lotte World and Lotte shopping centre. Everything you need is at your doorstep. Lots of places to eat and shop.

Absolutely nothing. Struggled a bit with payment cause our cards didn’t work for some reason, but they were so quick and helpful with providing solutions.

Hallways to the rooms(at least on our floor) could use an update on the carpets. You can kinda smell the age of it.

Lotte is my go to hotels every time I'm in South Korea. This one had easy access to everything with just an elevator ride down to the ground floor or basement levels. Bellhop service was on point during check in and check out! Best location when going to Lotte world amusement park.

So here is the thing, a huge group of travelers (mostly Chinese) who do not know personal space or how to behave in public. I was traveling with 9yr old and we were standing next to the concierge section, me and my child, we were just standing next to each other with a distance of 1.5 m-2 m literally, to get my delivery from the concierge section. While we were waiting, one Chinese-speaking middle-aged male grabbed my child and tried to run away. I was shocked and panicked and told him to let him go. I ran after him and pushed away from him my child forcefully from him. But he was mumbling in Chinese which I did not understand. When we tried to inform the receptionist he just disappeared. We did not feel safe at all. Huge lack of security. I informed the receptionist right away and but she did not settle my case just apologized and turned me down, She said she is gonna inform the group traveler's manager and that's it. She even did not check the CCTV footage.

I liked that the bathroom had its washing machine, the room was very clean. Room service was offering mineral water.

Reception staff, although they are professional but with mask face. (Smile costs nothing). We booked two rooms with lounge access for 3 nights, then we extend our stay for 2 more nights. We requested to delay our check out for two hours, they refused without additional charges!

Hotel beside the mall and lotte world. Clean hotel and good room services. Club lounge in 21 floor was fantastic. It has Fresh fruits, drinks and snakes. I would like to thank the concierge lady in the night shit (with short hair), she made our stay more comfortable. She helped my family a lot with great smile and friendly attitude.

The location is great and right across from the lotte tower and has a direct connection to both jamsil Station and the lotte World.

The room is spacious with a great view of the theme park and lake. It was superb. The international breakfast buffet is remarkable and I enjoyed it very much. Be ready for queue to have the breakfast on a Sunday morning after 8am, or go earlier to skip the queue.

The staff at the counter seemed a little harsh and impatient. It could be there are lots of guests checking in on that day. Since it is a 5 star hotel, I expect our luggage to be delivered to the room. But we had to bring the luggage up ourselves.

No breakfast options anywhere near except the expensive buffet. They would not let us use the hotel entrance to Lotte world adventure because we didn’t buy the tickets from the hotel. They made us walk all the way around the hotel and mall to another entrance which felt like a petty and spiteful thing to do. I even had my father who uses a cane with us and they made us walk.

The pool was great and everything was very clean.
