we planned to use their iron but there was only a mini iron which was weak and small, but they left it with us for the entire stay so we could iron whenever we needed.

We stayed at the hotel for 16 nights in May. I highly recommend the hotel especially if you are looking for a room with a kitchenette - this is the place. We got a clean room and there was a light cleaning service every day + towels and water bottles were changed daily. The beds are very comfortable, the room is spacious, the building is new so everything is preserved. Most importantly - the staff was great! They spoke English and helped with everything we needed (including additional cleaning for the long stay) and even gave us recommendations and tips for the area. Good location, quiet area at night, The nearest subway station has line 2 - the central line, and in a short ride you can reach any other line/area. warmly recommended! We will definitely be back on our next trip. Thank you

Access to floor level on arrival was unclear, as we expected a hotel Foyer which it is not. Just need to go to level 7 and small reception desk there.

The beds were SOOOO comfortable! Location great to get to all key tourist attractions, not far from trains and buses. Easy stop opposite for bus to/from airport (#6001). Room was spacious and well equipped. Bathroom modern, clean and very functional. Loved our stay!

My room was on the side of the building where the windows were very high, so it felt a bit like a cell.

Helpful staff, everything I needed in the room, which had good facilities. Location very convenient. The 6001 airport bus left from across the road, which was perfect.

The staff member I met was wonderful lady (friendly and very helpful, giving such a positive, welcoming vibe). The room was very clean and spacious for me (single traveller), with a good queen sized bed. The location worked just fine for me. I chose to walk to many places and markets nearby, but the public transport (buses and subway) were excellent close by options as well, for when going to further away neighborhoods. One great detail is that the bus stop for the bus going to Incheon Airport is literally in front of the hotel. All in all, I would chose this residence hotel again

They do not replace the bed linens every three days, like most hotels do; instead, they will change them if you request it and will charge you an additional cost. I found it extremely weird.

The hotel room is clean and spacious considering me and my friend had 2 huge luggage and 2 smaller cabin ones. Definitely enough space to do some last days packing and stuffing things! The staff was nice too. Apparently, they are a new hotel and not well known yet, I think they only have 1 staff to look after the reception desk, but she was nice and accommodating, also explained everything that you need to know. Location wise, about 7 mins walk to the nearest station (Euljiro 4-ga), I do recommend taking bus instead if you are heading to Myeongdong or other tourist/shopping area. There is a bus stop across the hotel that can take you around (I believe only during the weekend(?)), you need to walk about 5 mins to another bus station on weekdays based on our experience. There is a dried fish market next to the hotel and fruit shops around. Also, a cafe just downstairs (hotel lobby is on level 7).

The absence of a smoking lounge that implies to go down 10 floors everytime you want to smoke, and overall the bit impersonal way this hotel is. But overall a very cosy room to resource in Seoul

Absolute confort near from all the best that Seoul has to offer. 5 minutes walk away from both DDP and Euljiro-3 10 minutees walk from Meyong-Dong,and very close to MEtro Euljiro-4. Bonus, you can find the very photogenic and original dried fish market right behind the hotel, a very different thing to see than usual tourist places Great stay, definitely recommand. Both the receeptionists, Jade and her colleague were very kind and spoke perfect english.

Pillows are very high and on the hard side. Bed is comfy.

Very clean, nice view, good location, very quiet at night, easily walkable to dongdaemun. Subway exit is 200m away, however, the station takes another ~500m to walk underground.
