Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom was a little dark and the shower was an awkward triangular shape. They did forget one time to replenish the water, coffee and soap, but the reception staff were very helpful resolve the issue
Staff were very friendly anf helpful. Location was very central to Busan, which was next to the train station. Also close to many very good restaurants and supermarkets. Room was a comfortable size, with the water pressure in the shower being very good after a long day's walk. Value for money.

New ZealandThe bathroom is quite small and there isn’t a lot of space. The room itself is also quite small but okay for two people.
The hotel was located in Bujeon which has a lot of places to eat and the train exits/entrances are right outside the hotel. The reception is on the 17th floor which some people may like since you don’t have to interact with staff everyday when coming in and out of the hotel (since the rooms are below reception). The staff clean the room well too.

IrelandEverything would be great and I would have given even higher score if the rooms had a better soundproofing. I don't know if it's all the rooms or just some floors, but it's quite bad: you can even hear other guests talking loudly or coughing or, if you unlucky, you'll be listening to moaning sounds at night.
The superior room looks modern with a nice design. The working desk also nice with a window view to Busan streets. Staff is professional and aiming to solve guest issues in under 15 mins. There were some technical problems in my room during my stay, so I quickly go the room changed with complimentary upgrade.

Location is great, it's opposite Bujeon station exit 3 (elevator), right beside seomyeon underground shopping exit 9 (stairs). Down the street of Bujeon market and station. Reception at 17 floor. Starbucks and GS25 below, very convenient. There are lockers on the ground floor.
