The hotel was very centrally located, and they were so helpful with everything. Good sized rooms, exceptionally clean, daily mini bar refill, everything was wonderful! Can’t wait to return :))

In the middle of Myeongdong so close to everything 😊 Staff was amazing thanks to Jinny and Amanda for accomodating us so early. Thank u to all the amazing staff sorry I can’t remember all your names. We will definitely coming back. Thanks for a great service.

This was such an amazing stay! Spacious room, comfy bed, great location right bang in the middle of Myeongdong. Staff were super efficient friendly, attentive and professional. There's a self service laundry room which is available 24/7; very handy when you get back after a whole day in the Seoul heat. Myeongdong is an extremely busy area, and the hotel has 2 major fried chicken franchises right in front so the street is noisy. Yet the isolation is great! I had to open the window to realise the havoc of the neighbourhood. The night market is literally around the corner, which, as a solo traveller I really appreciated as it provided with fast and yummy Korean street food ans saved me from having to find a restaurant to sit alone :) I highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing! It was our favourite hotel. The location was ideal. We loved how the room was decorated. So many thoughtful touches & attention to detail. Staff were beyond helpful.

Breakfast was great, really enjoyed the breakfast boxes. It was convenient to eat in our room.

Location was excellent. And even when we were in super busy and loud area, the windows are so thick that we heard nothing in the room and slept soundly. But it was really nice of them to give earplugs just in case of the noise (but we didnt need them). The breakfast was good, minibar was refilled for free every day, you could do your own laundry for very cheap price and i really liked that TV had bunch of Korean tv channels to watch.

A very good location in the heart of Myeongdong, a modern hotel. the staff was very professional and attentive. We didn't go to the restaurant in the hotel. Having a free . mini-bar was nice, so were the discounts we got in the restaurants around the hotel.

The room could be partitioned slightly to ensure minimal light in the bedroom when using toilet and the motion triggered light was always on and was a bit too sensitivr

Vanity mirror lighting is far too low and not useful.

While the street outside the hotel is extremely busy (especially at night), the access to other parts of Seoul via taxi, bus, or subway is great. Wonderful shower water pressure.

Great location in Myeongdong . Very touristy area and so many restaurants /cafe etc around & convenient subway access. Rooms are big & comfortable & clean . Staff spoke excellent English & very helpful .

We got a room facing the wall of the neighboring building, with no access to sunlight. However, it was very silent.

Great location. The minibar is complimentary and guests get discount in ALL stores and restaurants nearby. Although being in a busy area, our room was very quiet.

Only thing is the noisy aircon, but adjusting it to a warmer temp helped with this issue.

Excellent customer service. We felt welcomed and taken care of. Every person who worked there was very kind and went out of their way to answer any queries we had. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well thought out and considerate (e.g. they gave us earplugs for those travelling with snorers). They provided a Dyson hair dryer - absolutely amazing. There is also a Nespresso machine!

Was on the small side. But given the location that’s hardly surprising.

Great location. Whilst the room was small it was well laid out and had everything needed. Bonus was the mini bar that was included in cost with changeable items and refilled everyday.

- Curtain that separates bathroom from room does not close off entirely- be careful who you share a room with! - limited space for hanging/ placing change of clothes in the bathroom
