A little bad smell from the shower drain but it's a small thing, you can close the bathroom door. And during the rains in Seoul is quite normal, especially at the ground floor.

The guesthouse is in an old building but it's not a problem at all, it's comfortable and practiced and the owner leaves a lot of things available for free. It is located in a perfect position, quiet and silent. I really liked it.

The location was ideal very close to public transport and you can basically be to most main attractions within half an hour. It is located very centrally. The room is good and the bed is comfortable.

We had the room downstairs so there was no window and it was a bit humid.

Good value for money. The room is warm so we were always happy to get back after a day outside in a cold weather. Everything you need (shampoo, towels etc) is provided. We thought at first that the location would be not ideal or cute but it’s actually so convenient, a lot of buses and MRT just 2min walk and small streets next to the hotel. Very central so you could easily reach any district of Seoul in less than 30min

the staircase is a bit odd to carry heavy luggage up.

Its clean, big enough and comfortable everything you need is provided (washing machine, soaps, basic skincare…) , and is in a very nice neighborhood. I can recommend cafe Mune right across the street, they have the sweetest kitties.

It didn't seem too clean, there was a strong smell from our bathroom and mold in some corners. The room had only one window directly to the byway (eye level), so it was not that practical to open.

The price was not bad for Seoul, I guess. For us, the location was pretty good. The next station was only around 10min walking, what we didn't mind at all. They had free instant coffee, awesome!!! Even tho, it was not perfect, I would probably stay again. The room had tv.

Noise caused by road works.

For the price I paid, the accommodation was great! But I have to mention that there were some works carried out on the road right outside the property, from early morning hours, every day. The noise kept waking me up.

Close to the subway station, the owner is really nice. The room is small but really clean and comfy. No breakfast and no airport shuttle, but hotel will tell you how to take the subway or bus from the airport.

The window in my room didn’t open and was blocked by something, so I couldn’t get any natural light. The fridge in the room was also very loud, I had to unplug it at night.

The guesthouse is near a university so there are plenty of affordable food options around. The room itself was decent, it’s good enough if you just care about having a room for the night.
