The room might be OK for a short trip or if you're traveling alone, but for a longer stay (or if you are with a partner) I would advise something bigger and more convenient. The area is amazing, nice cafes and restaurants nearby, very quiet but safe. Also the guesthouse is located near the bus station and subway station - very convenient. You can also order laundry for a reasonable price. Wi-fi is also good. Hosts are also very helpful. The area is also located pretty close to some tourist sights where you can walk on foot

- bed was hard as a rock - i was moved to the very top floor where the water shower did not work. the reason was because the water pressure couldn't reach to the top. this is valid but why not fix it? the water pressure for cold water works but the water pressure for hot water is literally non-existent. - thankfully i talked to the host and reception and was moved to the third floor where there was working shower - wifi was nonexistent. didn't work whatsoever, i had to hotspot myself - you could tell that the place was not commonly clean due to the build up in dust

Very very old hotel, everything is super old and damaged. But it’s a good price for what you get.

The hot water didn't work when I arrived. The staff did appologize, though it still wasn't working when my stay (one week) ended. Other than this, I have no complaints.

The facilities are basic, but totally clean. The location is also quite good. 1) Right next to a metro station. 2) Plenty of good dining, including 24-hour diners, nearby. 3) Good coffee shops, and regular shopping nearby. If you check in after hours, no worries. The front door is never locked, just push the button to open. Also, your room will be left unlocked for you, with key waiting inside. Yes, Korea really is that safe! Unlike some hotels, they don't clean your room unless you ask, which I actually prefer.

I appreciated the location of the guesthouse. It was located one stop away from Seoul train station. Subway and bus was short walking distance away from the Guesthouse which made my Seoul sightseeing very easy and convenient. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, letting me check-in earlier with an additional cost because the room was ready.

There is no fridge, neither in the room nor in the shared space. The room is fitted with a tiny window, hidden behind what looks like doors to a closet. It's shown on the pictures so there is no misunderstanding but that apparent lack of a window still makes the room feel a bit claustrophobic

Convenient location, next to line no 4 metro stop and a couple of minutes walk from line no 1. 10 min on foot to Seoul Station. Friendly staff and flexible check in - my room was ready earlier than expected.

They only took cash payments. The air conditioning unit leaked a lot of water. There appeared to be mould on the bathroom ceiling.

It's sometimes hard because they is no kitchen but for to be honest it's not bad they have a microwave and there is a lot of good restaurants near by so it's okey!

It's was really nice ! The people there I really like them! Even the manager was really nice and kind ! At special Carl one of the workers , he helpt me a lot and he did a good job and always happy that give a good vibe to people! That's already better them some other stuff 😅
