When I first got there the toilet was clogged, it almost flooded. Fortunately the next day it was fixed :) Also the rooms are right next to the living room, so you mostly hear people talking till late in the night and in the morning when they have breakfast. Not a big issue for me but if you like a more quiet place this might not be the best

Very nice location. Next to the station and Hongdae life. Also very nice to connect with other people when discovering Seoul for the first time. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. I felt right at home after the first night. The host is also super helpfull and it made me feel less stress. He helped out immediatly if I had a request and he even booked a tour for me and helped me order vegetarian food in the restaurant next door :)

The location is amazing especially if you want to experience the night-life in Hongdae. The hostel is located near the main streets and the party hub but it in itself is on a quiet and calm street.

I loved everything.

I stayed in this guesthouse for over two weeks. The kitchen and common room are very well equipped. There is even tea, honey and other things available. The whole guesthouse is very clean and comfortable. The cleaning lady cleans for several hours every day. There is a lamp and curtain at each bed. The other people in the guesthouse are often very friendly and open to discussion. The guesthouse manager is very kind and always on hand if there are any problems. The showers and toilets are clean and work very well. Perfect value for money. What's more, the subway line isn't far and you're conveniently located in Hongdae. In the evening, it's quiet on the street, but you only have to walk a few minutes to get to the more lively places in the evening. It's perfect! I have only stayed in this guesthouse in Hongdae, but those who have stayed in more than one say it's the best they've stayed in!

Dean warmly welcomed us, we felt like at home, and all explorations were very clear and helpful. Our private bedroom was very spacious and the beds were comfy. The AC is very appreciated during summer. We also enjoyed the breakfast (toast with butter and ham or Nutella, fruit juice, coffee/tea).

It’s very close to the Hongik University metro station, so you can come very easily from the airport. The neighborhood is very nice, Hongdae is very lively and you can go around shopping and having fun, many places to eat around too. You can enjoy the rooftop of the building, is very nice and the common room for watching TV. Rooms are really nice, you have privacy (curtain around the bed) and lockers for your things. Breakfast is good (you have eggs, bread, butter and others), make sure you don’t miss it. Shower and toilet are very clean (they are cleaned daily). There is also a hair dryer you can use. There is a water dispenser you can use whenever you like. Just make sure to book in advance, because otherwise finding a place here will be hard This was my 3rd time staying here, once in July, once in August and once in September I super recommend this place if you are visiting Seoul

Only downside was that this place is very popular and couldn't extend our stay. But when we return to Korea we will definitely be booking back here. So book early if you can.

This place has been our favourite thus far travelling around asia. The beds were super comfortable and the room/facilities where very clean and modern. Very friendly staff. You have access to a kitchen and fridge, dinning area, and rooftop. Breakfast was included - coffee, juices, toast, eggs, etc.
