The walls are definitely thinner n can hear the next room's chatter n goings. Been rated as 3 stars I did not expect a smaller room with lesser space for our suitcases to be opened n not tripping over each other ...okay for couple but not for 2 friends..and the beds were lower than expected ..we had stayed in another 3 stars hotel in similar district which had a kettle n coffee facilities in room plus chair to sit..this room we sat on our beds. Definitely more for younger people with more agility.

Location is great..room kind of smaller than expected which means taking turns to open our suitcases so as not to get into each other's space. Rocky at reception is fantastic n cleaning team great. Loved to be able to access many eateries and the market and our enquiries for getting around responded positively always w smile 😃..kudos to Rocky.

Some of the rooms have the air conditioning blow right onto you as you sleep. This made me sick during my stay as I have hayfever and dust allergies.

Well to be honest, the only good thing about this hotel was the location but room was like a cage, no natural light, plus on sealing there was mold repainted but still visible… I was only for 3 nights so it was lets say ok, but in my option hotel doesn’t deserve more then 7 rating coz there are in the area better hotels for the same price!

Room is very small - no place to put things. No closet - only two coat hangers.

Friendly receptionist, they clean the room, change the towels every day. Snacks, coffee and tea available for free as well as microwave - at the reception. There's even a weight for luggage. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well as entrance to a subway station. Only 10 minutes walk from airport limusine Bus station. Room has AC and a small window. There is a japanese style toilet.

We found a bug crawling on the bed and the screen of the window wasn't closed with the window wide open when we checked-in.

The hotel's location is conveniently close to the city hall (the plaza hotel) airport limousine bus stop, just an 8-minute walk away. Also wasn't a problem walking with luggages as the way to the hotel is flat. It's easy to locate, with two convenience stores within a 3-5 minute walk, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Additionally, the hotel is situated near the subway and multiple bus stops for added convenience. Staff at the reception was also very friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond to help us out with a couple of our problems/questions.

Walls/doors are very thin so you can hear all noises and conversations in the hallway. Shower amenities are very small, probs best to have large refillable dispenser bottles.

Conveniently located with many buses to key areas. Space was clean, modern and simple. Beds quite comfortable. Good value per night.

Just a bit difficult to find where the entrance was, but great otherwise. I also wish there were instructions on how to lower the strength of the air conditioner because it was set on maximum strength and I was only instructed on how to change the temperature.

Walkable distance to myeongdong market area and Namdaemun market. Room was also spacious enough for me to open up my big suitcase while still having space to walk around it. The room also had separated toilets and showers.

It would be better to inform the guest in advance the way they get to your address. It was not easy to find your hotel. It would better to give a landmark close to it like a big hotel or a club or a well known restaurant.
