318 Stay is an excellent option for visiting Seoul. The host is very friendly, the location is quite and peaceful, and everything is reachable in a short time. A highly recommended and reasonably priced accomodation.

The host, Ms Amy, is an excellent host. She replies our questions promptly before and during our stay. She checks in with us and ensures we are comfortable throughout our 4 nights stay. We liked that 318 Stay is in a residential area, although it is now packed with tourists. Some of the dining options nearby are small mom and pop type places with well priced but delicious food. Myeongdong MRT station is a short walk away but there is a flight of stairs to navigate, daunting at the beginning but we got used to it. We got 2 rooms - the big room for 3 of us was a good size, the small double room was comfortable for 1 person, would be a bit tight for 2. The bathrooms were on the small side but the water pressure was good and the fixtures very modern. Thoroughly enjoyed the shower. Both rooms are equipped with full size refrigerators and washing machines, kitchenette, TV and airconditioners. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop was good. Our hostess, Amy, is the sweetest person! She made us feel very welcome and supported throughout our stay and arranged a big taxi for us to Seoul Station to catch the express train to Incheon when we left. We had a wonderful 5 day trip to Seoul and 318 Stay was a major part of it! Best regards to Amy and family! We will always be grateful for your kindness!

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was easy to reach, in a beautiful, lively district. The place itself was in a quiet street, so no noise to keep you up at night. The room was spotless and really well equipped. Big comfortable bed, huge TV, fridge, kitchen, beautiful bathroom. In the morning I could have a simple but really nice breakfast on the rooftop with a nice view over Myeongdong. The host was absolutely exceptional and so welcoming. She’s a really nice lady and went out of her way to help me, when I was struggling with the self check-in. Thank you for the nice stay! I will definitely be coming back.

The location of the hotel is at the top of a very steep uphill climb, which was quite difficult because of our heavy luggage.

The host is very friendly and goes out of her way to help you (gave us extra pillows and helped us store our luggage much earlier than our check in time),, and the location is amazing, right opposite of the myeongdong shopping street while being situated next to many myeongdong photo spots! The room is spacious with facilities such as a washing machine. Would definitely come back the next time we are in seoul.

We really enjoyed our stay at 318. Amy is such a lovely lady and a great host, we had lovely chats with her. The room was clean and very comfortable and even included a washing machine and mini kitchen and fridge! The location is very good and really close to Myeongdong and the subway station. The breakfast was simple but just what we needed to get us set up for the day.

No fault of the accomadation, just a bit of a hill on route and some wiring, which appear to be common in alot of places.

The room was cosy but spotless, comfortable and had everything you needed to prepare your own meals, aswell as wash and dry your clothing. Amy is truly a one of a kind host, I had some issues with luggage, which meant I had to purchase a new set. She was very helpful and truly a delight to interact with during my trip to Seoul! Honestly regret not booking sooner, really wanted to stay longer, considering where I ended up next. If you're considering to stay here book now!

We weren’t expecting bunk beds so there was an initial questioning as we booked 8 months in advance, however we adjusted & made the most of the great location.

Great location, warm & friendly staff, compact but high standard rooms, complimentary light breakfast. We were able to exercise morning & evening in the nearby parks & trail, shop & eat all over Seoul thanks to being in the centre and having transport links nearby. Our first visit to Seoul. Loved it. Our host Ami was lovely & so helpful.

Great location, nice to have eggs, toast, cereal and coffee free for breakfast. Easy to get to from the airport, just follow the instructions provided. We had the room with the corner window which was a standard double with the bed up against the wall. Hosts were so friendly and helpful and it was great to have a Washing machine. We enjoyed our stay very much. Cute bars and restaurants very near and so close to the main shopping area with street food. Highly recommended.

It can be a bit tricky to arrive with big luggage due to the stairs before the hotel. Breakfast had little options but for the price paid was okay.

The hotel is right in Myeondong, which was really perfect for strolling the food market and shopping. In our room was everything we needed: microwave, kitchen, closet. But the best part was the Hostess. She was sooo nice and helped us a lot. Our toilet made some Problems and she came within five minutes to help, even if it was 9 p.m.!
