Staying at Villa Blue Lagoon run by Andreas and Katie was like stepping into a warm, welcoming home. This lovely German couple made every moment of my stay special with their genuine kindness and ease of conversation. Their three cats and three dogs added a delightful touch, making the place feel even more like a cozy retreat. The food at their restaurant was outstanding, with flavours that spoke of passion and care. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I left feeling not just like a guest, but like part of their extended family. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a blend of comfort, great cuisine, and furry friends!

The place was so amazing. I took a mix dorm, and the room was so spacious and clean. Everything was chill. And the food was good and delicious. The bathrooms were clean, too. The owner was kind, sweet, and friendly. She knows many things about the city and the islands. She has a beautiful smile. The staff were always nice with you, very helpful. But one of the best was the bed, incredible ! After a long trip, I promise you that you will need a bed in Villa Blue Lagoon. Super relax. Thank you so much.

This property was amazing. The staff were very helpful and even let us use the printer no questions asked for free! The double beds were spacious, everything was very clean and AC worked like a charm! They have a doorman at night to work the gate to make it even more safe.

Probably the nicest place in Sihanoukville 😂. The staff were nice, good pool and a selection of board games . There are also food stalls and restaurants nearby.

Loved the relaxed vibe, lots of places to hang out and relax. Beautiful big pool and can swim in the evening which is so nice! Staff were always very kind and even helped carry our bags up to the room. Love the double bed shared room with AC option.

The air con struggled but it was 40+ degrees and fan helped with this. Nothing much else. It was perfect for what we needed and lovely ambience in the gardens.

The garden and pool area was well maintained and kept clean. It was like a little paradise in amoungst a grotty city. The food was awesome thankyou. Good service and help with ferry to the islands. Free water. Book shelf for you to exchange a book. Everything we needed. Room ok with air con and fan. Also having shelf area in the bathroom to put things on and one in the bedroom was handy. Pool was nice to freshen up. Mattress is firm which I'm used to. So nice to see accomm where they actually keep the gardens clean and tidy.

This hostel is genuinely amazing and worth spending a night to break up long journeys coming from Koh Rong. It’s comfortable, clean, the pool is really nice, it’s a nice environment to relax in. Staff at super friendly too

The hostel was in great condition. The pool was one of the best we've seen in south east asia. The room and bathroom was a good size and were both very clean. The food was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the 3 cute cats.

The staff were amazing. They went beyond to sort out various situations/issues ( not with the hotel or booking I might add) . The pool was clean - as was everything. The room was very comfortable. The food was great - the calamari was delicious.

you can feel the springs from the mattresses, not the comfiest beds

Couldn't fault it. Cleverly laid out & beautifully landscaped, first impressions were Oh Wow, pool, loungers, hammocks, palm trees & bougainvillea, choic3 of sun or shade, lovely bar & dining area, good menu. Staff were efficient, attentive & friendly, the ensuite room was spotless & very comfortable. Tasteful decor & thoughtfully appointed communal areas, books to borrow & free water too. Villa Blue Lagoon punches way above its price bracket, couldn't recommend it highly enough.

A little paradise that no one would look for in a slightly strange alley. And it only takes a few tens of steps from the main, not very nice street and you are somewhere completely different. Calm, beautiful, environment. Well-maintained small garden, beautiful awe. Absolutely precise cleanliness everywhere. And to top it all off, a smiling staff. Thank you
