Spacious clean room with balcony. More than enough of solid timber furniture. Minibar. Cool A/C. Very good WiFi signal strength. OK bathroom/shower. Friendly Reception. On departure they gave me Cambodian kroma scarf. Really good Battambang Corner Restaurant just 1 min walk. (I accepted an offer of a little more expensive but larger Deluxe room with balcony, which I'm reviewing here)

United KingdomA little overpriced for what we got. Shower worked but the holder was broken so the head dangled down permanently, not the cleanest room ever. No complimentary water bottles in room.
Great central location. AC and big fan kept us lovely and cool when it was 39° outside! Staff were nice and friendly. Big solid wooden bed and comfortable mattress and pillows.

AustraliaThings are a little bit old, but for this price it is acceptable! Specially if you just use your room to sleep and shower after long days of exploring around.
Super friendly staff!! Could not be more helpful! We also got a free souvenir and ride to the bus station after our check out! Room is probably not the fanciest in town, but it's quiet, aircon works perfectly, and the bed is clean, and the bathroom was HUGE!

FinlandThe first room we got was smelly, dirty and had bugs in it. With no proper ventilation mold was growing in surprising places. When buying tickets through them it's best to check prices online and bargain.
They gave us a new room when we wanted to change. Organised bus and ferry tickets to us. Low score because the first room was so bad. Other rooms were good for the price but I suspect we got a free upgrade after complaining.

CanadaGreat location and good room for the price. Id recommend splurging the extra $5 for deluxe room as it gives you shelving, cabinets, a table and chairs... They offer refillable soap and shampoo and a kettle (though no cups or water) and mini fridge. The bed was very comfortable and our room was very clean (despite many reviews here saying rooms were dirty). Under the bed was dusty but why would you need to go under the bed when there are loads of cupboards to store stuff? AC worked well and was quiet. Bathroom is traditional SE Asian (shower right with the toilet area so everything gets wet). You can set up tours and onward buses with front desk.

The stuff is very helpful. They offer Tuktuk Tours, which we would definitely recommend. There is no breakfast anymore, but there are restaurants close by. The Hotel is right in the middle of the center.

United KingdomDidn't affect us but WiFi is intermittent and TV didn't work. Bathroom is basic with two separate shower heads, one hot one cold/normal. We booked our bus to Siem Reap with the hotel, the one they use is 9.30 or 12.30, we would have preferred to go at 7.30 so wish we'd book online or found somewhere else. The bus tried to stop for 30 minutes at a shop on the way, everyone refused to buy anything so he carried on.
Very friendly family run hotel in the middle of town. Big spacious room with massive comfy bed and very good AC and fan. Street is quiet as everything shuts down at midnight. They can help you book trips and transfers and advertise some in reception. Shower had really good pressure.
