We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AustraliaThere is no restaurant, no breakfast, rooftop bar closed, EVERY room has something wrong/poorly maintained. Hot water shower not working, aircon not working properly, TV not working properly, powerpoints broken or unusable, shower drains blocked. Every room had something wrong with it.
The hotel is clean and rooms sizeable. Great location.

United StatesI requested to stay another night, they wanted to charge me close to what I paid for 2 nights. Gave excuse that my original booking was upgraded due to availability. Hate to see what a lesser room was. Rooftop bar/ restaurant is a joke. Never open. The 2 receptionist seem very unhappy, not friendly. Basically on a street that is all bars and prostitution so comes with the territory. Cleaning staff was friendly..

AustraliaWe are a group of volunteers go out everyday to schools and poor families. The advertisement was misleading. Said they did meals and had a sky bar but where the pool was it closed at 5pm The staff were not bothered in helping us my friend and I took up 52kg of rice by hand. I asked the stagf if they had a trolly and they said no. The mext day I saw a trolley out the back. Very disappointed Never stay there again

AustraliaWe checked out early from this hotel due to the loud noise of outside and people in corridors at night. The room was not very clean, found rat/mouse poo on ground in room, the bathroom is constantly wet due to shower hose being in middle of bathroom. No bin in bathroom so they expect you to walk your used toilet paper to bin in room. When we opened the curtains they just fell off the rack. Room smelled of smoke. In red light distract so there is creepy old white men hanging round everywhere. Bed was not comfy. Not worth even the price it is.

IrelandEverything in the room was dirty when we arrived, clearly hadn’t been cleaned or any sheets changed in between visitors. It advertises breakfast but this is not available. Red light district very near by, potentially used as a flying visit rather than accommodation.
I liked that it was a last minute choice for us (as the hotel we had originally booked was over booked) and there were rooms available, unfortunately there was a reason for this
