Friendly staff. Good position just steps away from the riverfront, yet in a street that was quieter than those nearby. Lovely rooftop space for both relaxation and breakfast, which was varied and abundant. Nice pool and gym.

Central location, near the river and main attractions. Spacious well-equipped room. Nice roof top bar-restaurant for breakfast end late night moments. Pools on the ground floor and roof top. Could be suitable for the vacationers and business people.

Went for coffee at 10:30am and was charged 50% above menu price despite no signage or previous information from staff advising about this. Not about the money but staff on top floor were rude. Consequently we changed plans and did not eat dinner there that evening. Bad business and customers should be advised about this before ordering.

We loved this hotel. We had a balcony room and enjoyed watching the street activities, the market and the river. Got plenty of use from the large swimming pool plus the two plunge pools on the roof. Wonderful views from the roof terrace where we enjoyed excellent breakfasts. Staff were charming. Live music in the lovely foyer early evening was a bonus.

We didn't like the pool area much, it was a lovely pool but no shade during the hot times of the day. It would be very easy to put some shade over but there is no area at all where we could lie down and relax between the hours of 11am to 3 pm as there was no shade, and it was too hot to lie in the sun. We thought we had booked a balcony room but we hadn't so that was a little disappointing. After staying for 4 nights, we couldn't get any hot water at all, so staff went out of their way to move us to another room, this was a balcony room overlooking the street so we were very grateful.

The location was fantastic, next to the river close to a lot of restaurants and bars. We also liked the decor of the room. The views from the restaurant were fantastic, a good riverside location. No problem with noise.

This is my third stay at Ohana, the rooms are fantastic modern bathroom facilities, large room and very comfortable bed. I also like the breakfast, a large choice of food to choose from. the location is also good close to attractions including the markets, bars, and many restaurants.

I found the floor in the shower very slippery and it would be very easy to slip and hit your head or break your arm our your leg.It requires a non slip mat for the floor area.

Wifi speed was slow at night. Sometimes, could not even connect my laptop. Wifi speed was better in the early morning.

River Front location and very close to the Royal Palace. Close to many restaurants which was a bonus.

The spa wasn’t open while we stayed, so not sure about this service. Also the gym equipment wasn’t plugged in, when I tried to turn them on the machines didn’t work.

Excellent location for our first time in Cambodia, right between the palace and night market, staff were good, breakfast nice and view from rooftop cold+hot pools is awesome. We loved the shaded pool downstairs, which stays cool all day and provides respite from the August heat.

The breakfast was very sumptuous. Lots of variety. The staff made us feel welcome at the restaurant. Good view of the Sap river and The Mekong from the roof top of the restaurant.

The location is right off the main road by the tonle sap river. This is the central area of the city for the most part. The breakfast is really great. Amazing variety of foods and sides. Very happy with the breakfast. Great value.

The view from our 1st floor room was not ideal so we kept the curtains closed.

Handy location. Semi indoor pool on the ground floor plus two large jacuzzis (one hot and one cold) on the rooftop. Great view from rooftop restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating.

The hotel is well located, quiet, convenient to the palace and the surrounding attractions, breakfast on the roof of the hotel, with a view of the Tonle Sap River, breakfast is quite rich, the staff is very friendly, we were very satisfied.
