Bathroom drains were not great which caused the bathroom to flood each time someone showered. I understand this is a general issue in Phnom Penh so we can’t really complain about that. Staff were friendly enough but not super helpful.

Beds were comfortable and air con was excellent. Rooms were clean. Restaurant/bar had a good vibe and lots of options. Pool was also really good.

One suggestion: due to the poor ventilation in the bathroom, mold spots are evident on the walls, and I wonder if cleaning the walls with a bleach based compound would help.

There is no windows in doors - a lil bit not cozy. And a strange rule you can’t eat inside the hostel, but room. Usually in all hostels you can’t eat inside the room, but somewhere outside. Here is opposite

The only negative point is that there is a lot of construction going on at the moment which tends to start around 7:30am. This didn’t cause us much of an issue but just something to be aware of.

Rooms were nice and clean. A/c was great!! Location is perfect for the attractions you are likely to see in Phnom Penh. The staff are really friendly and will always welcome you as you come and go. The food at the hotel is decent.

I booked a bed in the 8 people mixed dorm, and I found it pretty dark (no windows) and without privacy...beds are really close to each other and there are no curtains. I was the only woman in the room and some of the men were staring at me the whole time, it felt a bit uncomfortable (although this is not the hostel's fault of course). There is only one toilet/shower, very small. In general I would recommend solo female travelers to book one of the other rooms, which I am sure are better!

The staff was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. The common areas are nice too, the pool is pretty big and clean, with many comfortable sun beds.

Felt like a hostel with some people coming back quite late and being quite loud. Also dogs barking opposite all night. In a non smoking room but next to a smoking room so could still smell it quite strongly.

The mould all over the walls in the bathrooms of the rooms needs to be addressed. Regular paint getting wet daily is not a good combo. This Can easily be fixed by installing tiles along the walls of the shower area. We requested to have a room with a bathroom that didn’t have mould, but we saw inside another room and the bathroom was the same so it wasn’t worth switching. I think access to free drinking water wouldn’t be too much to ask, as most hotels offer that in SEA.

Location was great, staff were very friendly. Sometimes the very enthusiastic “hello!” was a bit exaggerated/ unnecessary from every single staff member every single day, but I guess it’s better than the alternative! Front desk helped us book a Taxi to Siam Reap.

My room had a private balcony but the view was just of the building next door... a kind of cagey wall of sorts. It was incredibly disappointing compared to the pictures.

The staff were really thw highlight of the stay. They were all sweet kids who were really enjoying talking to people and helping out.

The doors were very thin, and some guests just couldn't be quiet at 4AM in the morning. Also, the staff didn't speak English really well so we struggled with basic stuff like asking for toilet paper or ordering a cappucino. The construction was indeed really loud next door. Also, the towels had a bad smell.

This accomodation offered everything that a hostel could, but with more privacy since we had our own room. But we had the community: a great clean pool, a bar in the lobby, good music in the afternoon and the evening. Also the AC was great in the room, the room and the bathroom were clean, the food was good. They help organise trips and bus tours. I would gladly return.

There is no kettle or cups in the room. There is also no additional hot drinking water in the common area. But anyway the staff gave me hot water to make tea at home.

Very cozy hotel. Good location near shops and cafes. 5 minutes to all attractions. At the same time it is a quiet quarter. There is a good swimming pool in the yard. The bar and cafe is open from 7 to 23 hours - dishes are big and tasty. During the day it was noisy due to the guests staying in the yard, but after 23:00 it was quiet. Our room was modest and small, but clean. The bed is comfortable and wide. The air conditioner is working well. Everything you need is there. The staff is very friendly - thank you!

There was construction work next door to the lobby area and sometimes the work would become very noisy during the daytime.

Staff were so friendly and cheerful, they always greeted you and always seemed happy to help. The food at the bar is good and the location is convenient.

Two yappy dogs across the street...but I can't blame the hotel for that..

It's in a quiet part of the city and very central to all amenities... The staff are second to none...very helpful, polite and hardworking...Tola the bar manager is a diamond...very helpful and goes above and beyond to help you in every way he can. It was a very enjoyable week I stayed and will definitely stay again. Food is lovely and well priced...rooms are clean and it's a nice mix of people, couples and backpackers passing through.

A LOT of construction going on near the property (got pretty noisy at times). A larger seating area would have been nicer for the bar/pool/restaurant area. Rooms are just a little larger than the beds they housed. The Western food was good, but nothing seemed to be seasoned…..bring your own. 😊

Bar/pool/restaurant was very convenient. The staff was remarkable! They were very kind and considerate and would help you out in any way possible. Cleanliness was very good. Good location for tourism.
