The room was very spacious with a lovely pool view. The staff were really great and they have the sweetest ginger cat. It was just the weekend away that I was looking for!

There are mosquitos around the pool and in the room, so better have some mosquito repellent with you. The door is not airtight and mosquitoes can fly in through the gaps. Probably nice improvement for the future would be some improvement of the door or a mosquito net in the room. But if you have a repellent it's fine. Other than that everything was great :)

The room was very spacious. The staff was super friendly and helpful and they help you with booking taxis and the trips there. The pool was really nice, especially when it was super hot. Happy hour discount for the drinks and espresso Martini were great :) The breakfasts were also nice with a quite a big choice of food and drinks.

The aircons didn't work too well, as the rooms stayed warm during our stay. Water pressure was to low in the morning when we needed to shower

Mosquitos everywhere !! Our first night we arrived late and our room had at least 10 mosquitos. There is no netting or gauze on the doors so they can get in through the cracks easily. After complaining to the front desk they sprayed our room the following day and this seemed to kill most of them, but we did not want to deal with them in the first place. We had to use our mosquito net and put it over the door to stop them coming in - the hotel didn't have anything. Also there are many mosquitoes by the pool so it makes it uncomfortable to sit there in the evening. There are also so many in the breakfast area, again making it quite an uncomfortable space to relax. The hotel don't offer any kind of mosquito prevention apart from some sprays so consider this when making your booking if you're concerned about mosquitos. Another problem is that the AC is quite far from the bed so the room can get hot even if the AC is full. Another fan in the room would fix this.

Really big room and comfortable beds. Pool is great and very relaxing. Staff are nice and helpful. The food is really good and the breakfast is delicious. We liked our stay a lot and we wish we stayed longer.

The bathroom lighting is gloomy not bright enough. I'm a Black American man and I couldn't see my face well enough to properly shave. I had to use my cell phone light with one hand. The distance from bedroom floor to step up into the bathroom is high. Need a step.

The staff is really nice and smiling with good english. You can book directly at the hotel your tours, your bus ticket, or rent a scooter. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. Large choice of breakfasts.

The internet often went down. And it's probably located a bit out of the way. But the good points far outweigh the negatives.

The beds, pillows and sofa could be comfier, however this was made up for by the pool loungers.

The owners and staff could not have been more helpful, the onsite laundry service was amazingly quick, the western food options were appreciated by my children. Nice to sip some cocktails by the pool and relax. Also great support booked through the hotel for visiting Angkor Watt!!!
