It seems the rooms are cleaned very late in the afternoons - no good if, like us, you go out early, come back to the room mid afternoon to go out again in the evening. Bed & pillows were extremely hard. The hotel reception is in the supermarket & for breakfast you go up the stairs inside the shop - a little odd!

Quite a central location - 10 minute walk and you are on the promenade or city centre. Supermarket next door is handy. Our room had a balcony with a view over the river which was nice. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was limited but ok.

The room is smaller than many others in this price range. The WiFi was slow. The staff (especially those that manned the entrance to the hotel) were as friendly as prison guards. They had sour faces and acted like they didn't belong or wanted to be there. We walked in and out without an acknowledgement. Overall, the hotel feels quite impersonal with its long and narrow hallway.

The room has expansive view of the river. The bed was clean and comfortable, though two more pillows would have been nice. The AC was good. The mart is nice as it stocks everything you need for short trips and prices are reasonable.

The management needs to reorganise their chambermaid service better [e.g. they came to service the room at 5pm on the day before we left], I would suggest the chambermaids visit the rooms early, replace towels etc, make the bed [not necessarily change the sheets daily]. The breakfast menu needs major work - you could have coffee OR orange juice! Eggs benedict was a fried egg on a bread bun with a melted cheese slice on top.

This is a bit of a strange set up. The owners [apparently] bought a number of condos in a large block of condos next to the river and converted them into hotel rooms. The hotel doesn't have the things you might expect from a hotel, like a fancy lobby or swimming pool. The reception is in a minimart on the ground floor. The room was fine with a small bathroom. It's a long walk into the centre of the city, we used the 'GRAB' app for tuk-tuk's, there are other such apps. We paid about US$1.60 [to get into the middle of the city, the markets & School S-21. It was about $6 to go to the Killing Fields. We also used a tuk-tuk to go back to the airport - leave plenty of time if you travel in rush hour].

The bed was fantastic and roomy but the mattress was a bit hard. (the staff did assist with putting an extra mattress protector on to make it more comfortable)

The view from.our room was amazing. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Having a mini mart downstairs was an added bonus.

They do not have a public shower for guests so showering after checking out is not an option. However, like I stated, they were very accommodating regarding my late checkout.

The hotel is located in a relatively new apartment building and so the facilities are new and very clean. I booked a room with a river view so the view was stunning. It is located very close to the night market, restaurants, bars, spa salons, as well as cultural and historic sites, so a lot of activities available nearby. The staff were really great and gave me a very good discount for late checkout, and even agreed to extend my late checkout.

nothing to dislike . everything was great!

let me start of by saying I thought it was a hotel but it's actually like a condotel, which is an apartment /hotel . but once in inside my room. it was brand new and has gorgeous views of the river. although the room was small. but it sure makes it up with beautiful river views and a balcony. room was extremely clean too. I would definately come back and recommend my friends and family to visit this place

Right on the river! Looking out over the mighty river and all the activities. Near to the great markets and the Royal Palace. Great restaurants just across the street.

Don't forget to turn on the tankless waterheater, to get a warm shower.

Always like to come back here. Nice and comfortable rooms. Most beautiful view on the river. Nightmarket just around the corner.
