I loved every aspect of the hotel, Mr. Nira and his staff were very hospitable and very friendly. The hotel was well-located and close to the shopping area. I liked that the hotel had a quiet atmosphere.

Amazing hotel which made our stay in Siem Reap. The staff were perfect throughout, always super friendly and happy. We wouldn't normally eat/drink in the hotel but they made it worthwhile. The room was very big, the bed super comfortable and the facilities were all of a very high standard. The design is stunning with lovely modern elegant touches. Lovely design around a cool pool. Super easy to get TucTucs into the centre for around a dollar but there are also amazing places nearby (try Haven)

Great hotel! Great location with good food options nearby (Muffin Man, local place next door to the right, Paris Bakery and Pomme Pub a short walk and they have a restaurant and bar onsite and happy hour drinks in the pool are nice). Lots of western food available but Cambodian food is delicious—after your temple touring day ask your driver to take you to local food. The STAFF really makes this place…from Vira the supervisor to James and Anna at the front desk and Hanni at the restaurant, they can’t do enough for you and their smiles made our day. We stayed 2 weeks so appreciated the cleanliness, laundry send out and always having a Tuk Tuk outside. Also recommend driver Sarong +855 10 771 955.

Everyone spoke English very well but there were a few mishaps due to communication issues so important to double check.

Friendly staff with beautiful pool and room. They really went out of their way to make things great for us. Good location as quiet but only a 5 min tuktuk ride to the centre of town for approximately $1.

The staff is the best thing about the hotel. They are very attentive and try to help in every way they can. It's a smaller hotel which is good for me. There were a couple of cafes around within walking distance.

The hotel is just perfect. The design of the rooms and common areas is really special. We loved the concrete everywhere! The price is unbeatable! We would like to specifically thank SMILE (receptionist). We never met someone as polite, open and helpful as him. He went over and above for helping us with our SIM card and whenever we entered or left the hotel, we had such a nice chat with him! All the best to you! Location is really quite and close to the center! We loved it!

Maid turned off ac one day while we were out and that meant several hours to cool the room off again. Breakfast one weekend took 45 mins to bring out a couple fried eggs

The room fridge could be kept stocked with drinks.. There is a tour operator but tours could be advertised there at the front desk.

Large, well decorated, comfortable room. Bed very comfortable with quality pillows and duvet had a very deep sleep and heavy curtains kerp the room dark. Excellent air con. Low lighting available relaxing. Very tastefully decorated in modern minimalist style.Large powerful shower, modern decoration very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful ambience. A short walk to some nice, laid-back restaurants or Pub Strret a short ttul tuk ride away. Pool was refreshing, clean and enough for a dip after temples.

AC took 12 hours to cool the stifling room. Should be kept cool for arriving guests. Set breakfast just average.

We're pretty money-conscious on our travels being a family with two teenage boys. We booked a taxi to collect us from the airport in advance via the hotel for $40. When we landed an official taxi would have been $35. We got a Grab back from the hotel to airport for $30 and were told by the hotel that Grab taxis drop you a long way from the airport. This may have happened in the past as the airport was only recently built, but we got dropped right outside by an excellent cab driver and the fare included what they had to pay to enter the airport drop-off area.

Lovely pool area, amazing spacious room, just a relaxing vibe all round, really made our holiday special. The staff were always super helpful and organised a Tuk Tuk for Angkor Wat. We didn't eat or drink at the hotel but nearby Krousar was amazing for food and craft beer. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

A little out of the way, everything was by tuk tuk due to the heat

What made our stay was not so much the bricks and mortar, but the staff! I have to give a massive shout out to Moon, such a lovely young girl at reception! She seriously went above and beyond to accomodate us!! She helped and organised everything from tours to setting up my new SIM card, and even to arrange getting my husbands car keys to us in Phnom Pehn after he left them in the room safe!!! What an asset to your hotel!!
