Car Park under renovation. New Parking area near an abandoned building at night very dark . Need to walk far away to reception. Outside bedroom balcony there's another abandoned building & looks very scary at night. Pony club no more there, peacocks also missing. The horses shelter area was not clean up and messy. Kids pool was dirty and closed. Restaurant was quiet and all life jackets at swimming pool were broken cannot be used, from restaurant walk back to bedroom, surrounding was dark, the hotel should at least put up some solar lights along the field area. Big compound but very run down resort , poor management .

Very old setting, there was hardly any people here when we stayed and it felt very eery almost like it was abandoned.

It has a very eerie run down feeling. The staff welcomed us but didnt tell us where anything was and this place is big. The building we were staying in was comfortable but rooms very dated and a little dirty and part of the stairwell was missing any railing and was a sheer drop down 3 floors with only a bit of tape cordoning it off. Breakfast was a bit lack luster.

I’m sure the CCC would have been beautiful in its heyday but it is very tired and run down. The staff were quite nice. The best feature is its location to the airport which is what we needed as stayed our last night before we flew home The pool was nice and large. Pool tables/foosball table entertained kids.

It's a bit tricky to find as the surrounding area is under construction, but don't let this put you off. Only stayed for the day as using hotel stay before flying out in the evening

My room was on the first floor so the view was restricted, but still I looked out beyoind the roof below to a row of coconut palms.

Everything was great about this accommodation. I had a kitchen and full size fridge in my serviced apartment. The pool is wonderful and the restaurant for breakfast has a view of the pool. The grounds are extensive and there is a small enclosure with peacocks, a turkey and chickens. The staff were super helpful and informative.

When I stayed the whole front was under construction, so it was a shame to feel I didn't get to see the place in full ... But the heart of it is still all there, and I like the feeling that my stay might be contributing to that new development! :)

The pool is a full 25 metres with about 8 proper lanes for exercise-type swimming! LOVED it. And there are plenty of other sports activities on offer ere too. Food was great. Restaurant staff very helpful and friendly.

The beds were extremely hard, the breakfast was frozen food warmed up, we could not get extra towels, the room was a long walk from parking.

The apartment was nice with plenty of room. The apartment was only 10 min. from the airport.

TV was only in Chinese language, upon checking in the person was searching for my wife's visa in her passport but could not find it, he said she could not check-in, however, she is Cambodian and does not require a visa? Staff need to be trained a little better.

The food in the resturant was good, as was the service, however, as it is outdoors there were many mosquitos and they did not have repellent, so we were eaten alive.

Air con leaked all over the floor, the shower was cold, the bed was hard the bedroom lights didn't work , and the curtains didn't close. the breakfast was poor. The location has nothing around it. And it's got double rows of razor wires on the wall. It feels like a posh prison not a hotel.

The staff were great. The room was clean. And there is stuff to do.

The rooms were unclean. Had to switch rooms twice. The beds not made. Other customers screaming at the front desk. Apparently it’s normal for people to keep cancelling. Apologies don’t really solve the problem. Facility is old. Room had ants. Uncomfortable to sleep at night.

A bit tired. Room smelt of cigarette smoke. The windows were old and rattled in the wind. Black mould around edges of shower. Shower took ages to drain. Sun lounger cushions were old and need replacing. So much potential and just a small amount of investment needed.

The grounds were pretty and large, it felt like a holiday resort. Close to airport. Tasty food in the restaurant. Nice pool. Really friendly staff. Excellent value.

Bed was hard as stone, pillows too. While room at first sight looks ok, it really needs to be repainted, cleaned and re-done. Bathroom did not strike me as clean, plus a jumbo cockroach was running around a floor. After some glorious days in the past, it would deserve a throughout renovation. It felt more like a big gym with sport facilities (they have tenis courts, basketball playground, pool, small gym, horses), but it did not feel like a hotel.

Close to the international airport, complementary 2 bottles of water, and AC worked well.

Staff were very nice and friendly, but when I asked for help with carrying baggage with me at the morning, nobody came. I asked 3 times, and at the end receptionist called me over time, that taxi is waiting for me.... I asked once again and finally came 2 ladies to help me. I was late... Hotel is very old and needs renovation.

Hotel is located far from the road, so it is silence there. They have very big outside pool. Inside hotel and room is clean.

The WIFI and energy was cut off several times. My rooms balcony was to small to sit on and had a noisy aircon on the wall; so no space and loud. My room had no windows and everything was very noisy: Aircon, Fan in Bathroom, refrigerator No outside food or drinks allowed at the pool.

Breakfast was al a carte with unlimited toast, juice and coffee supply; it was real coffee (Americano / Espresso)!
