We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe rooms were too basic for us. The price was attractive but we should have spend more to get more cofort. E.g.no safebox, airco, many musquitos and the clamboos did not close, , no frigerator., no warm water. And hardly storage space
The quite beach with a very kind staff. The wifi worked very well also in our rooms. The price was very low, the beach was clean (at the accomodation)with enough beach chairs. (Many People from the neighbour building use the chairs). Nice food at the restaurant with only a very small number vegetarion options. The room was clean.

was very pretty with the palm trees and beach - but pretty much all abandoned now. beach wasn’t clean really.

United Kingdomgaps in floor boards and under door let wild life in, no storage place for your bags to keep them off the floor on the way to the hotel we get a message from them saying do not pay more than $5 dollars for a taxi, on the way back, the hotel tried to take us in there own car and charge $20 saying they had to drive all around the island because of problems on the road. think we got scammed by our own hotel for a taxi even though the whole time we were there we ate and drank at there restaurant.
on a very nice beach, the bungalow looked nice inside, great looking resort deck chairs sun loungers and palm trees.

SwedenNo piece and quiet since the bungalows of course have very thin walls so you hear the pother guests clearly, especially children who screams. but there is also building projects going around which starts every early morning which makes it quite hard to sleep in a bit.

Germanyyou can only book taxis from the bunnan, that brings you to another location. the taxi costs 20$ for a 10 min ride, which is way too much. we told the woman from the reception where we want to get dropped off and she booked it for us and even typed the destination in her phone. the next day the taxi driver picked us up and drove us to the completely different beach on the other side of the beach. when we arrived there we noticed and told him that we are at the wrong destination. we told him the right beach, where we have to go and he just kept saying that we are totally at the right place. we kept showing him the beach where we want to go but he refused because he was so sure that its the right place. he gave us direction where we had to go and after he told us 5 times we were unsure because he as a every day taxi driver sounded convincing and its our first time on koh rong. turns out that it was the wrong beach and the taxi driver drove off. so we had to book another taxi at a resort for 20$ to the right destination. despite the miscommunication between the hostel staff and the driver we just wanted our money refunded but they refused. we even tried to contact them while we were waiting for the taxi at the resort and we send them e-mails and they just responded “ there are many taxis there thank you “ . double check if the driver knows your destination.

Poland- place very far away, nothing interesting nearby, food in restaurant could be better and cheaper, scooter could be cheaper (13-15 usd), no hot water in shower!

SpainAfter COVID the facilities provided on the beach where the bungalows are located are poor. Only the restaurant in the bungalows is available. The beach is really dirty, with many plastic bottles. The staff is really nice but is difficult sometimes to get information about the things you can do around and which of them are available. The shower was cold, and no hot water option.
The staff was really nice. The beach is just in front of the bungalows.
