The rooms are very old-fashioned and don’t seem to have been renovated in the past 20 years (apart from the bathroom) and also the blankets might need replacing since they weren’t exactly the cleanest. The provided toiletries (shampoo and shower gel) could also do with an upgrade since they were lacking in quantity and washing your hair was a bit tricky with such a small packet, so better bring your own.

A nice hotel with large rooms and very friendly staff right next to the main sights in Bishkek. Breakfast was small but had everything one might need. Wifi was quick.

Some rooms don't have an air conditioner in the same room as the bed. It can make for some very warm nights. 24 hour desk is a bit...inaccurate

The only small problem with the property was the closest neighborhood

All the personnel was super responsive and friendly. Especially when we got into the health problems with my son everyone took all the effort to help us as much as they could (including calling to the emergency, helping to find a doctor, providing a special diet etc.). Especially was extreme amount of help from waitress Sveta. Thank you all very much for all the help. It was really needed and appreciated at the time

Silk road logde is a very comfortable hotel. Staff is helpful and friendly, and breakfast is good and diverse. It's not far at all from central avenue. I would recommend!

It would be great if the WIFI could be boosted to extend to the breakfast room downstairs. There was some construction noise when I stayed there, but not much can be done about that.

The room was huge and the bed super comfortable. Also the shower was pretty powerful which is a huge plus for me. The WIFI connection and the breakfast were both good.

The style is quite outdated. Whilst the bed was comfortable, the armchair was not.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and kind. Breakfast very tasty and lots of options. I required first aid at one point and the staff were so caring and diligent. Couldn't have asked for better!

Wi-Fi quality. If you plan to work from hotel you should have a backup like 5G internet or something. Last to evenings connection dropped each 2 minutes.

There is actually no terrace in entire building although is enlisted in rooms as if there is. There is garden though. No coffee options in the morning, you might get a capsule for machine for extra charge, if machine is not broken. Hot water pressure is mostly weak.

This is a great value for money in terms that you get what you pay for - we had a quite big twin room, beds were comfy and staff is very very kind. Of course everything is a bit outdated but it worked for us and in my view a bit better than on the photos.. Breakfast is a single choice, which for some might be limiting but if you like porridge and eggs, it will be fine for you. Dinning room is very pleasant with lots of light, plants and flowers and piano. Outdoors garden is beautiful for hanging out. Location is quite good, we mostly walked everywhere. Biggest impression are kind and accommodating young people at the reception.
