Spacious property with good value/quality ratio. The neighbourhood is safe and the building is under 24/7 security so you feel very safe. Just a heads up, we missed the information about place being shared with other guests, however you get your own private room with the bathroom and room can be locked with your key. Therefore we didn’t see it as a problem.

It’s difficult to mark the place as there is no signboard or marking. There is no restaurant or hotel nearby, you need to order or go by oneself

It is a shared accommodation, which was not clear to me when I booked it. But it has an ensuite bathroom and the other guests were very polite. There was only a moment were the other guests were chatting loudly and we were trying to sleep, but that was quickly solved by asking them to tone down a bit the volume.

The bedroom was big and there were two big closets to keep all of our things. The apartments are nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen allows you to cook instead of always eating out.

Didn't get hot water at times in 2 smaller rooms and the main bathroom floor would get flooded when showering

Large clean flat in a quiet and nice locality of Riverside. Small grocery store close by and staff were wonderful. The balcony had nice views.

The main staff is very rude - he has no customer service skills... requested for early checked like 4 weeks ago and he kept giving silly excuses... finally told me that early check inn must be paid for seperately - asked how much it was but he didnt tell me how I must pay to check in early... arrived in Kenya at 7am and was forced to wait until 1pm to check in. This is guy needs to go - he has no idea how painful it is to wait from 7am to 1pm without any alternative plan The internet is very weak in the Bedroom

The house is a very safe location and close to amenities The environment around the property is amazing - the creek and the sound of water falling was simply amazing The security guards are very helpful - very good

Reception is not always staffed, you need to call them on arrival so best to have a Kenyan sim.

Very affordable, and a handy location for my needs. 5min walk to nice cafe Le Grenier and also close to Amani. Lovely views from the sitting room. Quiet nights sleep. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Grateful that the apartment had an iron!

Security didn't want to accept driving licence as ID at first. One of the blub in the shower didn't work. And door locks in one of the showers were difficult to open and lock, making us stuck in there sometimes.

There was so much space and although I was sharing the communal space with another unknown guest, he was very pleasant. The rooms were well equipped amd beds comfortable. Great nights sleep. Easy access to the local shops and restaurants etc.
