We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaHorrible pillows, too lumpy, like a half filled sand bag. Reception staff could be more helpful, as I enquired about luggage shipping and told too late for the day, but no alternative options were presented, eg 7/11, post office or Takuhaibin Service.
Excellent location, right near the Omicho market, and up the road from Otama Shrine. The castle grounds, gardens, various geisha districts and Samuari district, and temple district all an easy walk, plus the train station. Room is huge, with an entre and separate toilet to bath/shower, and a fridge with a glass door. Comfy beds, excellent shower, nice towels. Interesting how the blackout blinds work, rather neat. Also good roof top out door area. The robes were very comfortable too. Ph and reception held luggage prior to checking in, which is expected now, but still lovely and convenient.

Italy100% satisfied. The hotel was located in the city centre and all the main part are walkable (+ you got the bus stop at 2 min). Nice services and the staff was really nice. We have just one suggestion: maybe it would be better to have more than just 4 bikes to rent. My boyfriend and I would have loved to rent them, but they were always booked :(

A really nice looking hotel that felt like it was worth two times the money it costs. Everything about the hotel felt exceptional and they also offer a free bike rental at the lobby. The parking lot is behind the hotel but it's not free of charge

The hotel was really clean, modern and well run especially for the price. We could park there easily for a charge, you did have to pay again if you left and came back but for our one night stay we were happy to walk around. It had jr's own onsen which was lovely. The beds were large and very comfy. All the bathroom and products were great. I like that they provided kimono type outfits in the rooms for onsen use/comfort.

MalaysiaThe hotel is clean and the room is big compare with other hotel in Japan. The staff was so friendly and you can find all the facilities you need in the hotel. They even have a shared bath with open air bath which is so comfortable. The bicycle rental is free. From Kanazawa station it's only 15 mins walk but if you are too tired to walk you can take a bus. There is a bus stop infront of the hotel. The price is reasonable with this location can all the facilities they provided. This is the BEST hotel. If I'm travelling again to Kanazawa definitely going back to this hotel.

TaiwanThe paid washing and drying machines in the hotel seem to have not been cleaned for a long time. After washing and drying, the clothes smell bad and are unwearable.
The location is excellent. Next door is a bustling seafood market, and across the street, there are shopping and dining malls. There are three paid parking lots behind the building, costing 1000 yen per 24 hours. It's just a 15-minute walk to the famous attractions "Kenrokuen" and "Higashi Chaya District."
